I highly recommend Precision. They are profession, reasonable, efficient and they were able to do the job the next day after I called. They were honest and fixed only the problems that were needed for my garage door to work. I just moved into this home and area and the tech installing my Wi-Fi caused my door to go off the tracks, bent the tracks and panels. I called the first number I saw on the door opener. The man that came "Doug" told me I would need to spend $2200.00 for a whole new door. I declined and called Precision TO THE RESCUE and I have no regrets and will call them again, and when I need a new door I will call only them. They have gained my trust. Great from start to finish. Telephone was answered by a woman who was polite and efficient. Follow up email confirmation of appointment and a tech who showed up on time (called in advance) and in a clean company truck and appropriate uniform. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Service was done efficiently and he explained all work done every step of the way. Finally a "trade" company who has it right!

We have had Percisiondoor in the pasted and very happy with the results. It is nice the 24/7 service and a time close to ours needs. I am extremely pleased with the experienced technician sent to my home who quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. The technician had the replacement pcb board in his van and installed it in minutes. A detailed paperwork process nothing the work performed really shows this company has their employees well trained. I would rate the technician "6" on a scale of "5". Our springs on our garage door broke late on a Friday afternoon. Precision was able to come out on Saturday between 10 and 2. Joe our technician was here before 10 and did an amazing job. He explained the difference between the 2 types of springs they use and the warranties for each. We decided to go with the better one.
