Great experience for my lack of knowledge! First, my technician called and asked if he could arrive early! BONUS! Then Paul listened to my issue, then did the troubleshooting. Within 5 minutes door fixed, lubed and reset! Highly recommend this company. Will use in the future.

I was able to do a live chat with Stephanie early this morning and she was able to schedule service between 10-2. The service tech Gaeton arrived at approx. 11:20 and the work was completed in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Josh did a good job correcting the problem with the springs out of balance. He also lubricated all critical points on the garage door and suggested we replace the rollers. The price to replace the rollers was high as it turns out. Very simple process and I could have done it myself and saved about $150.

The technicians (Josh Smith and his teammate) were very courteous and pleasant, the more remarkable as my job was near the end of a full day's work for them. Have to give Precision a big thank you for exceptional service. Had spring break on a holiday weekend and had it fixed the next day. Josh called me with an estimated time and was on time. Very professional , gave me options and informed me of the differences. Changed out both springs and put a bracket on to fix a crack where my door opener had damaged the door when the spring broke. Josh was friendly , informative , and seemed to really care about the quality of his work. In a time of homeowners beware! , this company and the other staff members I dealt with were 5 Star. I chose Precision because of their good ratings. I called on Wednesday afternoon with a non-emergency and they scheduled me for Friday morning. They arrived promptly at 8:00am in in 45 minutes had my door purring. My initial reaction to spending $300 for 45 minutes of work was they were expensive. But when I saw the detail bill and the replacement component costs, I felt the labor and expertise I paid for was reasonable. I had them put a sticker on the backside of my door so I could call them again if I ever need servicing - and I will. Completely satisfied and I recommend them.

Unfortunately the springs on my garage door broke. No worries....called the best of the best...Precision Overhead Garage Door. The door was fixed the same day by Gaetano.
