I was very pleased with the prompt service and advise. Alex was not one bit pushing after I said not now after recommending new springs as a proventive measure. Their service call charge of $29.95 plus $10 fuel charge sure beats a $75 service charge that I was quoted by another company. I would definately refer them to family and friends.

What an exceptional experience! Gaetano was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked fast. My young boys enjoyed watching him fix our spring and install new rollers, bearings, etc., and he was kind enough to answer all of their dozens of questions. They especially appreciated the "helper" stickers after the work was done. He arrived within the time window provided when I made the appointment (which was also the same day, on a Saturday!). He made a courtesy phone call when he was about 20 minutes away, which I appreciated. He also gave me some important tips for keeping the door in good condition. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Thank you for an all around great experience.
