Our tech was Gaetano and he arrived as scheduled and was pleasant professional and efficient. he diagnosed the problem immediately, had the part replaced and even programmed my homelink on my new car and was done in less than 1/2 hour What a jewel of an employee and he deserves a raise!!!! Having just moved her from Northern VA, we only had one garage remote and our garage door was sounding very rough. We thought we might need to replace our door. We called Precision because there was a sticker on the door from the former owners. We set up an appointment for the next day. Although I was not pleased with the "four-hour window" for the service call, Josh, our service man called within the earlier part of the window and told us exactly when he would be at our home. He got here right when he said he would and couldn't have been more professional. Josh heard our concerns and immediately programmed a new remote. He also listened to the door, noticed Precision had serviced the door in 2012, and said we did NOT need a new door but just servicing. Within a half-hour he had serviced the door, which sounded so much better, and made sure it was working well before the job was finished. We are very pleased with Precision and would recommend them for any garage door needs.

I was able to do a live chat with Stephanie early this morning and she was able to schedule service between 10-2. The service tech Gaeton arrived at approx. 11:20 and the work was completed in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Josh did a good job correcting the problem with the springs out of balance. He also lubricated all critical points on the garage door and suggested we replace the rollers. The price to replace the rollers was high as it turns out. Very simple process and I could have done it myself and saved about $150.

Have to give Precision a big thank you for exceptional service. Had spring break on a holiday weekend and had it fixed the next day. Josh called me with an estimated time and was on time. Very professional , gave me options and informed me of the differences. Changed out both springs and put a bracket on to fix a crack where my door opener had damaged the door when the spring broke. Josh was friendly , informative , and seemed to really care about the quality of his work. In a time of homeowners beware! , this company and the other staff members I dealt with were 5 Star.
