I would just like to comment on the service I recieved from Rick at Precision Door. After inspecting our garage door, Rick provided us with many options to make repairs and refurbishment of our garage door. He explained each option in detail and provide both the pros and cons of doing each. There was NEVER and hard sell pressure. Just honest assesment and options. After deciding which option to take, we asked Rick when we could schedule the repairs. He said he could do them right away, or whenever it was convenient for us. Due to the fact that is was already 4:30 pm, we told Rick that, although we would like to get them done now, that we understood that do to the lateness of the day, that we would be more than glad to schedule another date to make the 3 hours of repairs. Rick insisted that it would be no problem for him to stay until the job was done. We agreed to let him do it. After almost 3 hours, the job was completed. Rick had installed new rollers, springs, and opener. Even after working until after 7pm, Rick was still very professional and took the time to explain the operations of the new door. The door works great. It is now a much smoother operation and much quieter. No more binding and squeeks. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door to anyone needing any type of garage door repair or replacement.

Precision Door Service is a terrific company! The installation of our garage door 3 years ago was done with a great product and the technician was excellent. There cost was very competitive. I saw your ad in our local magazine. My very old opener decided to stop working. The tech informed us he could not repair. The tech showed my husband how to open the door manually. Verry Pleased with your technician and his work. NOT happy with your customer scheduling and booking department, 2 reasons. First I feel your $79.00 dollar service which if the bill exceeded $100.00 would not be charged was presented in a very confusing manor. Your tech explained your policy to me and now that I understand I totally agree. Second when I asked at booking if you accepted credit cards for payment, I was told yes and the tech would process it. when I gave the tech the card he informed me there was a up charge for using a card, I understand the cost of doing business but blindsiding a customer with an up charge, what if my checking account was sucking wind. The service was prompt and good I will recommend your company.

When our garage door opener failed to operate and would not close the door, we researched repair companies and called Precision. Mark was able to arrive on the day we called. He made a real effort to see if the unit could be repaired, but since it was old (probably original to the house built in the 1990s) he was unable to get it working and gave us reasonable options for replacing it. The new unit was installed and working in about an hour. We are thrilled with the outcome and even though it was a bit more money than we were hoping to spend, it was money well spent.

Creighton F did a great job of repairing and replacing the springs the right way which is the Precision Way to do it. He was quick and deliberate in his work. A good old mid western worker from Minnesota. He is the best trained and fastest repair person I have seen for a while.

I was scared my garage door was going to breakdown because of the noises coming from it as the opener raised or lower it. I called Precision, impressed with their ad on their website. The secretary handled my call well and promised a tech would be out between 2 and 6 pm. He showed up minutes after 2:00. We discussed the situation and he pointed out just what the problems were. He said he'd be done within an hour. He was and the door no longer shrieks. The final price was what he'd said before he started work. I love it when repair people are not only effective and provide just the service you need but also do it with courtesy, patience with the customer, and friendliness.

I called Mr Fix It Garage Doors. They said they would be out the next morning. Then postpone until the afternoon, then postponed until the next day. I then email three garage door companies. Precision Doors called me right back and schedule an appointment for the next morning with Mike. Mike called 30 minutes before arrival. We decided my opener wasn't worth fixing. I wanted one with remote access. He had the right one on his truck and installed it promptly. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. I'm now getting a quote from them to replace the garage door.

I called on Sunday because our garage door opener was malfunctioning. We were given an appointment for the next day. Mark, the technician, called when he was about 40 min out. He assessed our problem and determined that we'd best be served with a new unit and he provided a couple of possibiliities to fit our needs. He was very personable, efficient, and knowledgable.
