I had seen advertising by Precision so when my door spring suddenly broke I called them for repair. Mike arrived the next day and replaced the springs and other worn components. In addition, he spent time educating me on what to look for in maintaining the door in good operating condition. I am thoroughly pleased with the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Mike and by Precision Door.

Last night our garage door did not open when we got home. One of our cars were trapped and the door was much to hard to open by hand. This morning our regular garage door guys said they could schedule the repair in 2-3 weeks! I called Precision because I had a good experience with them in Ohio. I was concerned because their office is 30 miles away. Turns out they have a guy 5 miles away! My repair appointment went from 2-3 weeks to 2-6 PM today! He showed up at 4 pm and called ahead when he was on the way. My garage door is all fixed and it is 5 pm. Guess who I'm calling the next time I need garage door service.

Well the technician said that if rollers were replaced he could see what was going on with door and I did not feel confident that he had an idea what was going with opener. I’m not going to spend 350 then find out that was not the problem

Precision Door Service was only Company able to repair our garage door the same day that I called. Based on the excellent service that Mark provided and and the company's response to my immediate need for garage door to be repaired (cars in garage and not able to open garage door), I will not use anyone but Precision for any garage door problems in the future. Mark not only replaced the 2 main springs but also the rollers and door opener key pad (could not include everything he replaced in section below).

First rate service from the initial call requesting garage door repair through completion of the repairs. Company representative answering our call was very professional and considerate of our need for service. Followup email to confirm our appointment was appreciated. Mark, our service technician, called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He explained in detail about what options we had and the costs. I watched several times as he worked and was impressed that he knew his business. On top of that, he performed his work very expertly. We’re very pleased with the results. I have been a customer with Precision for 20 plus years and have referred many people. I have NEVER had an issue until this year. I asked in November of 2022 to have a quote sent to me for trim and bottom seal. I got it !!!! $185. So an appointment was made 02/27/2023 between 3-5pm. Workers came and there was some convesation about the quote and that they would not do the work for under $300. I was in the understanding with your General Manager earlier during the week before and he wanted me to send him a copy of the quote. I did!!! Long story short I feel I was misrepresented by your company Precision. I did not generate my own quote and asked the workers to leave. I am very soured with Precision Door and I will not use your company again and I will NEVER refer any one to your comapany. I will be reporting this issue to other websites including the BBB and I will attach the quote sent to me by your company.

I saw your ad on the TV. My garage opener would not open my garage door. I call Monday and was told they could be at my house on Wednesday. Rick arrived at my house Wednesday afternoon and went right to work and replace my door opener. After Rick finished the installation he showed me how everything worked. He also helped me set up the remote to my car remote. Rick did a outstanding job. Thank you very much Rick

Rick P was here to assess or existing garage door operation. We contacted Precision as we knew we had a broken spring needing replacement. Rick was on time, extremely pleasent and informative. Contacted Precision Door to adjust lift springs as door was heavy to lift. We also had a clunking sound when lower roller moved from vertical to horizontal track. Maintenance was scheduled promptly and Rick came out promptly and serviced door. Rick did a great job and communicated all steps and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.

I had call different company’s and no one came so I decided to call precision so we set up an appointment for Thursday afternoon at 4pm so Matt call me sometime around noon to let me know that he had and early opening so I told him to come very nice man he fix my problem and I was very happy I thought the price was a bit high but nothing is cheap these days I’m please that problem was taken care and I would used your services again if I need anything thank a lot and give Matt 4stars

Rick P. called in advance to meet me at the house as requested. What a friendly guy, he quickly diagnosed the problem with the operator motor and door that was damaged by hurricane Ian.
