Precision was doing a job Next door to me, I went over and asked the guy if he could program my opener. He politely said he would be over as soon as he was done with the other customer.. Awesome company with outstanding employees! Customer service to make the appointment were fast and polite. The Technician, Bob, called me and stayed in constant contact with me (I live in Kentucky). Sent me an estimate and i decided on some fairly major repair work. Bob was able to complete the work in a couple of hours. He sent me pics of the completed work before he left.

I set the appointment up when my father stated that he was having problems with the garage door. Precision came out when they said they would. They sent a confirmed appointment via email. They gave us a 2 hour window instead of the anytime that day wait. The technician called just before coming out, was courteous and informed. Fortunately for us no repair work was needed at this time and we were not charged. We thought we would be charged something for the technician’s time coming out. Because of the age of the garage door system, the technician wrote up two estimates to look at as the system can go at anytime but no hard sales. We do plan to have the system replaced at some point and would definitely use Precision to do that work as well as if we needed that type of service at our residence which is separate from my father.

Called Monday and spoke to a a very courteous female. She took all needed information and made my appt. for Thurs. Thursday Alex Reich called to advise he was on his way and would be arriving in about a half hour. He arrived, assessed the problem. He advised what was wrong and the options Alex was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Precision and would use again if needed. Alex is surely an asset to this company.

We are very pleased with the work that Alex did for us. We needed pretty much all parts replaced and new motor installed on our double garage door. Alex explained everything in detail and let us decide what parts we should replace and which ones we could replace if we wished. He came on time, stayed even pass 5 o'clock to finish the job, and the result was an incredibly smooth garage door that sounded like brand new.

I used Precision before and was happy with the service and tech on our older garage door. It needed a board, cheaper than replacing entire unit. Has been working fine since. So I called them wen I had a ballast spring go. Again, showed up early, fixed quickly, explained everything. Not cheap but nothing is these days. Both techs were very good, nice young men.
