Precision Door Service is a class act. They were quick to respond and set an appointment time. The Technician, Mark was amazing to watch. He was knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and completed the repair in less than an hour. He made it look effortless. He replaced two springs, and end bearings and put in all new wheels. Lubricated the whole door. It is so quite now you can hardly hear it go up and down. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Mike, our technician, was courteous and quite knowledgeable. He made certain of what the issue was before attempting a fix that could have been costly. He was surprised at the strength and weight of our garage door and explained in detail what we should expect in the operation of the door before offering a tuneup of the springs. Precision was doing a job Next door to me, I went over and asked the guy if he could program my opener. He politely said he would be over as soon as he was done with the other customer.. Awesome company with outstanding employees! Customer service to make the appointment were fast and polite. The Technician, Bob, called me and stayed in constant contact with me (I live in Kentucky). Sent me an estimate and i decided on some fairly major repair work. Bob was able to complete the work in a couple of hours. He sent me pics of the completed work before he left.

I set the appointment up when my father stated that he was having problems with the garage door. Precision came out when they said they would. They sent a confirmed appointment via email. They gave us a 2 hour window instead of the anytime that day wait. The technician called just before coming out, was courteous and informed. Fortunately for us no repair work was needed at this time and we were not charged. We thought we would be charged something for the technician’s time coming out. Because of the age of the garage door system, the technician wrote up two estimates to look at as the system can go at anytime but no hard sales. We do plan to have the system replaced at some point and would definitely use Precision to do that work as well as if we needed that type of service at our residence which is separate from my father.

Called Monday and spoke to a a very courteous female. She took all needed information and made my appt. for Thurs. Thursday Alex Reich called to advise he was on his way and would be arriving in about a half hour. He arrived, assessed the problem. He advised what was wrong and the options Alex was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Precision and would use again if needed. Alex is surely an asset to this company.
