Alex Reich Was the Technician who came out and He got to work quickly. He discovered that a lock was partially engaged and repaired it. He then used Lithium to spray everything that needed to be greased: Springs, wheels, track and anything else that he felt needed it! I would give him 5 stars for his technical skills and work ethic and personality!

Precision Garage Door is such a professional company. They answered my call the first time I called and had a technician out the next day. They determined the problem and came out again to install new springs. My door is now perfect, thanks to Alex. What a great technician! I would highly recommend this company!

We were in need of sudden service. Our spring on the door broke. We could not open the door and had a doctor appointment. Look on line and saw your ad. Called and was told they would be able to get out today to fix it. Alex was great he knew exactly what to do. He was patient, efficient and friendly t our needs.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD IN SAYING YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT. YOUR SERVICE TECHS.HAVE BEEN SPOT ON WITH PERFORMANCE. I WILL SAY THOUGH THAT WHEN WE HAD THE DOOR INSTALLED TO MY KNOWLEDGE I WAS NOT TOLD OF THE UPGRADE TO THE SPRINGS FOR HIGH USAGE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THE REGULAR SPRING LASTED ONLY 3 YEARS. I DO USE MY GARAGE DOOR ALOT. IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEN ABOUT THE HIGH USAGE SPRINGS I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THOSE. OTHER THAN THAT ALL IS WELL AT MY HOUSE. GARAGE DOOR BACK IN SERVICE.

Technician arrived quickly , he is professional, has great experience, inform us of what he was doing, he explained everything to us, he gave us option. he was customer friendly and respectful. 5 Star Service!!! We couldn't be happier. I called this morning when our garage door opener was unresponsive. "Blue" was very friendly and pleasant. And got us on the schedule the same day, right before a holiday weekend! I received a call from Alex (Reich), another upbeat voice on the end of the line, letting me know he was on the way. Alex is a super representative for the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was very accommodating to my MANY questions. What a great teacher! From start to finish, a top notch company. Alex was polite and gave a precise explanation of all the issues with my 20 year old garage door system. He gave me various options to try and reduce my costs. I accepted the quote and within three hours I had a brand new garage opening system with no noise. I replaced the old noisy screw drive with a new belt drive, what a difference! Mark came out on Dec first. He was knowledgeable and very good. Stated we needed a new door. Because we liked Mark I called Saturday and an appointment was set between 1600 - 2000 on Wednesday Dec 9th for an estimate. We have looked online but wanted to talk to someone in person and see material first. Was told on phone they bring a kit. Received a call around noon on Wed that there were some cancellations and wanted to come early. I was at work so I did not hear vm until 1430. I called around 1500 and said I was on my way. Did not hear from Seth after two calls. To my surprise an estimate was at my front door. Evidently, the appointment time does not matter. Now mind you, I left work early for this appointment. I called to see if someone was coming but the real person answering, although very nice could not get anyone to answer. I think they were gone for the day. I did send an email to Precision. Seth answered the next day and said he was sorry. Family emergency. Probably should have let me know that before coming early. So now it will be another week before I get a different company to come out. The reviews are great and I hope that my experience was not the usual. I never heard from the owner just Seth. Sorry to say that I am very unhappy with the way I received the estimate. Seth will be glad to answer my questions via email. No thank you. I wanted to see material against my paint. Except for dollar amount the rest of the information I already knew from online. My suggestion would be that if there is an appointment, fo not make it convenient for the tech. If there was a family emergency, the I should have been called or a different technician sent to keep the appointment. This is the first review I have ever left. That shows how disappointed I am.
