Alex was polite and gave a precise explanation of all the issues with my 20 year old garage door system. He gave me various options to try and reduce my costs. I accepted the quote and within three hours I had a brand new garage opening system with no noise. I replaced the old noisy screw drive with a new belt drive, what a difference! The repairman came on time, called ahead, to make sure everything was fine. Got it, told me what the problem was, charged me a very reasonable price, and was done very fast and even rerouted the wiring to the garage door button so there was no slack. Alex came today to do some garage door repairs. He was punctual and very interested in making us understand what he felt needed to be done.
