5 Star Service!!! We couldn't be happier. I called this morning when our garage door opener was unresponsive. "Blue" was very friendly and pleasant. And got us on the schedule the same day, right before a holiday weekend! I received a call from Alex (Reich), another upbeat voice on the end of the line, letting me know he was on the way. Alex is a super representative for the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and was very accommodating to my MANY questions. What a great teacher! From start to finish, a top notch company. And it shows in your employees.

Alex was polite and gave a precise explanation of all the issues with my 20 year old garage door system. He gave me various options to try and reduce my costs. I accepted the quote and within three hours I had a brand new garage opening system with no noise. I replaced the old noisy screw drive with a new belt drive, what a difference! The repairman came on time, called ahead, to make sure everything was fine. Got it, told me what the problem was, charged me a very reasonable price, and was done very fast and even rerouted the wiring to the garage door button so there was no slack.
