I requested Alex by name because he serviced my door last year. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and through. I had no issues but requested a 'tune-up' due to the importance of having a properly operating garage door. Alex called before he arrived and conducted a good evaluation of my door's operation then serviced it. We like Alex a lot because he's a great technician. The 'back office' of Precision is also efficient and courteous in handling and arrnaging my appointment as requested. They are a great company.

I called at 5:30 this morning & was surprised I didn’t get an answering service but an employee. My appointment was scheduled the same day. Derrick Irving, technician, arrived on time. Our 22 year old garage door opener finally quit so began my search. After reading your company's ad and the many positive customer reviews, I decided to call. I was able to make an appointment for my day off with a window of 10 to 2. Your technician, Fisher called me that he was on his way, arriving promptly at 10. We went over the issues, he did his inspection then offered me 3 estimates to choose from. I decided to go ahead with his full recommendation to install a new opener, spring and door rollers. The end result after all his hard work, I couldn't be more pleased. He was very professional, good work ethic, too. Definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for a job well done!

When I saw your office dogs listed as customer service employees, I was sure I had chosen the right company. Alex came to our house to check out our door issue. There was none when he came and said that our sensors probably got out of alignment. Nothing needed to be done. However, I asked what it would cost to have a new opener installed as ours was quite old. He gave me various options and answered my questions. A new opener, wall button, outside buttons, and new sensors installed within the hour and a half he promised. I couldn't be more pleased and have already recommended Precision to neighbors.

Getting a new motor wasn't in our budget at the moment or else I would have purchased that as well. I do see a new motor in our future. If I do order one it was because Alex sold me on one. The technicians from Precision Door Service were able to quickly and expertly put my garage door back in working order. They replaced the springs, rollers and a blown capacitor which resulted in a double door that operates smoothly and without the grinding noise I have endured over the past year. Best around... New to the area and door would not close. Called and came out, adjusted and move the sensors. The bill was zero dollars!!!!! He made the adjustment and off he went.... not too many companies do this anymore. Will not use anyone else five star in my book

First off, I want to say that I never write reviews, this is my first. I am new to Fla and had to rely on google and reviews in my search for garage door repair. I chose Precision and they did not disappoint. My tech, Justin, is the sole reason I am writing a review. Justin is very professional, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions) conscientious. and pays attention to details. He gave me the information I needed, no pressure, so I could decide on my course of action. He installed my new springs and rollers and made sure everything worked when he was done. He cleaned up and took away the old mechanism as well as informed me about warranty and maintenance. I was more than pleased having Justin as my Tech. I am so happy I called Precision.
