Thank you for the excellent service I received by Chris, one of your service technicians. He diagnosed the problem, offered me options to correct the issue, and addressed the issue promptly. He even offered me the option of conversing via phone so that we were both protected during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is why I love Precision Door, a customer-centered organization!

Very polite technician. issue was a sensor slightly off he just adjusted it and said no charge. Couldn’t believe it. I had him perform a full service and the door is much quieter. Will never call anyone else. Thanks so much

Expert, efficient repair job by Mark! The old door had literally fallen apart, yet he was able to manhandle it down, put it all back together with new parts (springs, rollers,cables), and have it running smoothly in less than an hour and a half. Really impressive!

Your sales team was very polite and knowledgeable in measuring and making sure a new garage door would fit and was in stock before scheduling the installation. The mechanics a few days later showed up also very polite and knowledgeable and ready for the installation.
