When they were finished they didn’t leave until they knew That I understood how to work the new win equipment They installed I certainly would recommend them and I would use them again if I need them

Door looks/Works great! My garage sill/apron concrete is slightly un-even,door rubber does not make constant contact end to end. Installer suggested to my wife”Stuff bottom rubber weather seal with screen gasket to adjust properly”. I paid 1775.00 to have install and all slight adjustments finished! I will contact U tomorrow. Thank-U

Quick response to our door opener not opening our door. Turns out the electric eyes’ wiring was faulty; clearly, too the spring was overwound, and our door seemed weak to me. So what started out to maybe be a $270 repair turned into a $1,295 repair & reinforcement with new struts, new springs, new electric eyes...etc. I feel it is well worth the cost (discounted a by $300+). The door is strong, the springs are new, and...it works! Thanks to Mark - I do trust Precision Door.

Our garage door would not open electronically or manually. I called this morning and was told they would send someone between 9:00 and 12:00. Brett was here at 9:00 sharp. He was polite, neat and did a wonderful job. Another thing that I especially like about this company is that you know the name of the person coming to your home, you have a picture of them, you have the reviews about his/her service and they arrive in a company truck and shirt so it is definitely a comfort factor.

I tried to get another door company to help and they said it would be 4 days before they could come out. The installation occurred as scheduled and they even blew out all the leaves that had accumulated while the door was broken! Sept 16, 2019 I had service due to a broken spring. The door was not off the track. My car was trapped in the garage. Service arrived promptly. 29 year old door, but in working order 10 minutes before the spring broke. They insisted they had to do EXTENSIVE other repairs to the door in addition to replacing the spring, for roughly $1200, or, purchase a new door. I was not willing to spend that much money on an old door, or commit to a new door without some research. Without a repair or new door sale, they would not open the door to release my car for less than $250. I needed my car the following day, so knowing I was being ripped off, I told them to open the door. The invoice came for $225, still a rip off for nothing but a service call and the 5 minutes it took to open the door. I received an automated E-mail from the owner asking for a review, saying he would like me to call the GM if I were anything but satisfied and give them an opportunity to address the situation. I thought that was far, and placed the call. He listened to most of my story, saying it did not sound right and asked if he could check with the service person before he commented and get back to me. I thought this was fair. That was almost 4 weeks ago and I have not heard from him. I take that to mean this company feels it is ok to charge $225 for nothing but a service call and a simple door open. I would have gone to their showroom to learn and probably purchase a new door, but assumed I would be ripped off there too.

I apologize you feel ripped off. I spoke to the technician that same day and found the door was out of the track. It is a bit dangerous and he had the issue resolved in about 15 minutes because his years of training and work taught him how to complete that process that quickly. He mentioned you declined wanting the parts repaired and he mentioned he could give you a free door estimate. I questioned him about how he presented these options and if he in any way made you feel like you had to make a hard and fast choice at that moment. He said not at all, but nonetheless, if you felt boxed into a decision we apologize. We strive to leave every customer feeling the value in the service provided.

As a business owner and single female homeowner, I would like to say that my experience with Precision was impressive. Always on a tight budget, I am a savvy shopper out of necessity. I obtained 4 estimates for a new garage door. While all were within reach of each other, I had a much more professional experience with Precision by far. Also very glad I did not skimp on quality and installed the best door possible! From point of sale to install of a top of the line Florida Hurricane Door, Precision had their bases covered. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Would I rather be out buying new high heels vs. a new garage door? You bet! But Precision made it a delightfully painless experience all the way around.
