We had a brand new garage door opener from Precision installed as well as some replaced rollers and a repaired pulling wire. We really liked how quiet the new system was and how well it worked. The next day, the door opened on its own and the wall control unit seemed out and wouldn't open or close the door. The technician, Chris S, found time in his schedule to come right away, figured out the problem, which was bad wiring behind our walls unrelated to the installation, so he ran a new wire and all is well. A big thank you goes to Chris.

Precision installed a new garage door for us today. Throughout the experience, everything went as planned: estimator came out on time as scheduled, installers came out on time as scheduled. The installers said that the service would take approximately 3 hours, the service took approximately 3 hours, etc. Everyone was courteous, professional; seriously, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. Our second time using them. Last time was in 2012 for the other side garage door. Just great!

Being prior military, I can recognize a tight operation. The real test is "service after the sale". Expert, efficient repair job by Mark! The old door had literally fallen apart, yet he was able to manhandle it down, put it all back together with new parts (springs, rollers,cables), and have it running smoothly in less than an hour and a half. Really impressive!
