Mike your service guy was terrific and I felt very confident in the work done and the way it was performed I have health concerns in this difficult time and needed to be careful and Mike could not have done better, mask gloves wipes all clean worked right thru lunchtime to finish the job on a hot day He deserves all 5 of the stars I gave excellent job! I purchased a number of items but can’t detail here

What a terrible experience. Two technicians were sent and the 'lead' tech had absolutely the worst attitude and unprofessionalism I have ever encountered before. We have done business with Precision many times before but never again...refused the service and was met with threatening disposition from the tech. During a time when establishments like this should be treating customers with respect...you instead great with animosity and sarcasm.

I have used your company several times and have always had efficient and courteous service. Mike and his cohort were both very good and explained what they did and how the new features worked. They re enforced the garage door, installed a new motor, spring, and key pad, sensors and remotes etc.

Great Service from the beginning, Chris and Mike were very friendly and informative about the issues with my car door garage, they gave me a quick review of what was needed and the price. Once we agreed on the project they did their job, nice and clean. They went over what they did and showed me how to properly keep lubricated all parts on my car door garage. I’m very pleased with the job that they did and I will highly recommended Precision Door Service.

We had a brand new garage door opener from Precision installed as well as some replaced rollers and a repaired pulling wire. We really liked how quiet the new system was and how well it worked. The next day, the door opened on its own and the wall control unit seemed out and wouldn't open or close the door. The technician, Chris S, found time in his schedule to come right away, figured out the problem, which was bad wiring behind our walls unrelated to the installation, so he ran a new wire and all is well. A big thank you goes to Chris.

Precision installed a new garage door for us today. Throughout the experience, everything went as planned: estimator came out on time as scheduled, installers came out on time as scheduled. The installers said that the service would take approximately 3 hours, the service took approximately 3 hours, etc. Everyone was courteous, professional; seriously, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. Our second time using them. Last time was in 2012 for the other side garage door. Just great!
