We had a disaster on our hands with a very heavy garage door. Alex arrived a little more than an hour later and managed to deal with a challenging problem of re-hanging it. He will be here again tomorrow to replace the rails which have become very twisted. When finished, I’ll be happy to submit a final review. Good work, Alex.

On Wednesday morning bright and early, I was on my way to play golf. I hit the opener and nothing happened, I hit it again and the door opened 6 inches and went back down. I looked up and noticed the header spring was split in two pieces. When I got home from playing golf, I called Precision and was scheduled to have a technician come to the house next afternoon. The technician came to the house on time, was sincere and got the spring changed out in less than 1/2 hour. Great service just like their commercials on TV. The best, thank you.

Called on a Saturday just for a price, liked what they offered and they had someone here Monday, checked my door, installed a new Lift Master 8500w as my door opener was so noisy, new springs and all like new again. Belt drive is so quiet compared to my chain Genie I had. Derric was the best, very personable and professional. Had it all installed in about 2 hours. Highly recommend Precision.

I asked about the opener provided by Overhead Door Co and he told me why your motors were better and gave me an estimate....very well done

Our inside the garage opener switch was not working well- sometimes it would not connect to open the door at all. The Precision service technician analyzed the problem, replaced the switch, and finished in about a half-hour. He Wes prompt and pleasant to deal with.
