Our garage door was knocked off of its track. The track was bent and some wheels were off. We could not repair it ourselves. Precision came out on the day we called and had the door working like new within an hour. 5 stars

I called on the 4th of July late in the afternoon as I needed an emergency repair. Lee Stanziale showed up on time on July 5th and promptly and expertly replaced the springs, installing a new motor and belt, keypad entry, and new sensors. Lee was very professional, explained clearly what he was doing, and did his work with speed and precision. He left the garage clean and took away the old parts. Highly recommended.

Great company. They came out next day and earlier than expected. After initially thinking it was a part, Fisher rebooted the motor and removed an LED bulb and got everything working again. Saved me hundreds of dollars just because he took an extra minute to try something that resolved the problem. Kudos!!

I thought I had done something electrical to make the opener stop working, but your technician showed us where the safety eyes were being blocked and how it all worked. He could have tried to make a big sale or fake a repair, but his honesty and less than a minute makes you folks a no brainer from here on. This is actually the second visit from your company, the first we replaced rollers. Also, you answered the phone, others did not.
