Our garage is used as our main entrance and lately has made more noise than usual. I called Precision and they were able to get someone out very timely. Lee was our technician and was able to find several issues and fix them immediately. He also gave us his advice on what our next steps may be and was able to give pricing as well. I thought I had done something electrical to make the opener stop working, but your technician showed us where the safety eyes were being blocked and how it all worked. He could have tried to make a big sale or fake a repair, but his honesty and less than a minute makes you folks a no brainer from here on. This is actually the second visit from your company, the first we replaced rollers. Also, you answered the phone, others did not.

Great company. They came out next day and earlier than expected. After initially thinking it was a part, Fisher rebooted the motor and removed an LED bulb and got everything working again. Saved me hundreds of dollars just because he took an extra minute to try something that resolved the problem. Kudos!!
