Awesome company with outstanding employees! Customer service to make the appointment were fast and polite. The Technician, Bob, called me and stayed in constant contact with me (I live in Kentucky). Sent me an estimate and i decided on some fairly major repair work. Bob was able to complete the work in a couple of hours. He sent me pics of the completed work before he left.

I think what I was most struck by was the ease and convenience of scheduling through the website's chat feature. I was able to open my calendar and coordinate with my spouse to make sure someone was home, all while watching my favorite show on TV. Furthermore, our technician showed up right when he said he would and sorted out our issue in 10 minutes. And, since there were no new parts and ver little labor, the repair was very inexpensive.

My garage door would only go down about 12 inches, and then pop back up again. Ron the service tech came and took a look. He was really organized as he went through a check list of tests. Within five minutes he adjusted the "down" pressure by dialing a screw on the back of the opener and it was fixed. And he only charged me the minimum. Honest. Nice guy.
