Precision Door was out of this world. They were at my house only 2 hours after I called, Alex the service tech was professional and polite, 2 broken springs on my door, was done and on his way in about an hour. I can't say enough nice thigs about Precision Door. I wish that all companies were as efficient as this one.

When our garage door opener failed to operate and would not close the door, we researched repair companies and called Precision. Mark was able to arrive on the day we called. He made a real effort to see if the unit could be repaired, but since it was old (probably original to the house built in the 1990s) he was unable to get it working and gave us reasonable options for replacing it. The new unit was installed and working in about an hour. We are thrilled with the outcome and even though it was a bit more money than we were hoping to spend, it was money well spent.

We are very happy with the service we received by your technicians. Justin and his assistant were great. (So sorry I don't know the name of the other tech.) The motor was fried on our door opener. We could not open the door. The boys came within an hour of our call and they completed the job very quickly. The were very polite and courteous and efficient. They also repaired the old parts and our door is working like new.

We had multiple issues with our garage door, Justin arrived on time, was very personable and knowledgeable, and offered us two options, repair or replacement both reasonably priced. We opted to have the door repaired, Justin had all the parts needed on his truck, completed the job in the time frame he had estimated, and the door works very quietly and seals completely when shut. We are extremely pleased with the service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. We would definitely recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

My garage door got damaged from a car last night. I contacted Precision Garage doors last night for scheduling a service call. It was easy to do so. This morning, Brian, one of their technicians, showed up on time. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, he was able to restore functionality to the garage door; some replacement struts have been ordered which will be installed by early next week.
