Big shout it for Precision Garage Door. (866) 617-3663 (24 hours) Our garage door became impossible to lift up. We called Precision and the said a technician would be here between noon and 4. Showed up on time. Creighton (tech) took one look at the door and knew the problem. The internal spring that counter balances the weight of the door was broken. He had the solution, all the parts need right on his truck. He also lubricated the cleaned the tracks and lubed the door. Not only was the job completed in record time, he was polite and very professional. I will call Precision any time we need garage door repair in Fort Myers.

I had a stripped belt on my 2001 LiftMaster. I had originally scheduled for 1 day from my initial call due to volume of service requests. Precision was proactive however and found a way to squeeze me in that afternoon. The technician, Nick, was fantastic in walking me through my options (replace the belt or replace the opener and the pros and cons of each option). I elected to replace the opener given the age and condition of the system and he completed the installation in 3 hours and the quality of the work was excellent. Precision clearly cares about their customer reputation and they prioritize employing skilled and friendly employees. Thank you Nick!

i didn't even know precision existed until this morning at 6. i tried to open my garage door and the chain snapped with a very loud bang and collapsed on the roof of my car. tried the manual pull cord and that broke off in my hand. called the manufacturer of the system 3 times, no answer. called the contractor who had built the garage and he suggested precision. by 7:30am i had a service appt. set up for 10-2, but received a call at 8:15 from the technician letting me know he'd be there in 30 mins. he patiently and thoroughly assessed the situation, presented me with 3 options, already wowed by the response i chose the best and it was done in an hour. before he left, he explained how everything worked and the proper way to maintain it - nothing i had ever received from the original company. i give the highest marks to precision and brian fixter, the technician.
