Upon encountering a mysterious failure way early morning hours I found the sticker listing your 866 "24-hour Service Number", called it at 4 AM and a great guy named Tim answered and after just a bit said a service rep would be at our place the afternoon of that same day. Your man did arrive shortly after noon and adjusted a few items re the belt drive - and then said it would be no charge! What a great garage door company!!! And it appears a subsequent $0.00 invoice has now been mailed, just to verify the serviceman's statement. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Co.!

I was scared my garage door was going to breakdown because of the noises coming from it as the opener raised or lower it. I called Precision, impressed with their ad on their website. The secretary handled my call well and promised a tech would be out between 2 and 6 pm. He showed up minutes after 2:00. We discussed the situation and he pointed out just what the problems were. He said he'd be done within an hour. He was and the door no longer shrieks. The final price was what he'd said before he started work. I love it when repair people are not only effective and provide just the service you need but also do it with courtesy, patience with the customer, and friendliness.

My new garage door and new opener were not operating correctly. I called to set up an appointment for service and Beckianne had 2 service people at my home 2 hours later!! Justin and Rick arrived at the promised time and fixed the issue within 20 minutes! Talk about superb,efficient and friendly service from start to finish! Very rare these days but greatly appreciated! If these 3 are representative of your business then you’ll continue to be successful because it’s all about customer service!
