Precision Garage Door came today to fix my garage door which sounded like it was going to fall apart any minute. I had taken a chance by calling them last minute and they were able to fit me into the day's schedule. Fischer came and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me 3 quotes to choose from. His work was impressive and he was done in the timeframe he gave me. Excellent company with excellent service.

Your rep called me as soon as she heard your tech had a personal issue and would not be able to come; and she made another appointment. She represented you well/ 4. Your tech Mike arrived the next day at the appointed window. He represented you well. He made a complete inspection and determined what I needed; gave me an estimate, and did the job. The tech arrived early which was appreciated and quickly identified the problem and recommended some preventive maintenance to hopefully preserve the motor's life & enhance overall operation. We also opted to have a keypad installed which was probably a little pricey but it saved me some time & effort.

I had seen advertising by Precision so when my door spring suddenly broke I called them for repair. Mike arrived the next day and replaced the springs and other worn components. In addition, he spent time educating me on what to look for in maintaining the door in good operating condition. Last night our garage door did not open when we got home. One of our cars were trapped and the door was much to hard to open by hand. This morning our regular garage door guys said they could schedule the repair in 2-3 weeks! I called Precision because I had a good experience with them in Ohio. I was concerned because their office is 30 miles away. Turns out they have a guy 5 miles away! My repair appointment went from 2-3 weeks to 2-6 PM today! He showed up at 4 pm and called ahead when he was on the way. My garage door is all fixed and it is 5 pm. Guess who I'm calling the next time I need garage door service.

I made a service call on Sunday and the phone was answered and I was quickly given an appointment for Monday. The technician indicated he could start my job 90 minutes before the appointment and asked if it was okay. Keyandre was very courteous and assessed the job. He had concerns due to the type of installation in that it was something Precision did not do. He asked for 10 minutes to determine options, contacted his office for assistance, and came back with a solution. He worked continuously in a hot garage since the door could not be opened and over a parked car. He completed the job in about two hours, went through with me what he did and why he did it. He was neat in how he worked, did some tune up on the opener, and asked me if I had any questions. Although it was difficult to assess the price as fair, coincidentally a neighbor's door also broke the day after mine. He had a local person provide a quote which was initially $500 higher than what he agreed to finally charge after he saw the Precision truck at the bottom of my driveway. I can only assume the price was fair since Precison's truck alone got my neighbor a discount! I was very pleased and will recommend Precision to my neighbors and on the community Nextdoor app.

Precision Door Service was only Company able to repair our garage door the same day that I called. Based on the excellent service that Mark provided and and the company's response to my immediate need for garage door to be repaired (cars in garage and not able to open garage door), I will not use anyone but Precision for any garage door problems in the future. Mark not only replaced the 2 main springs but also the rollers and door opener key pad (could not include everything he replaced in section below).

Company representative answering our call was very professional and considerate of our need for service. Followup email to confirm our appointment was appreciated.
