I saw your ad on the TV. My garage opener would not open my garage door. I call Monday and was told they could be at my house on Wednesday. Rick arrived at my house Wednesday afternoon and went right to work and replace my door opener. After Rick finished the installation he showed me how everything worked. He also helped me set up the remote to my car remote. Rick did a outstanding job. Thank you very much Rick

Mr Snell and his Mgr Gaetano run a GREAT customer friendly business. They installed a new garage door AND door opener, the opener had a glitch which they fixed immediately ( within the warranty), due to from what they said was an act of GOD electrical surge ( from what they explained, acts of GOD ARE NOT covered under warranty), but they fixed it anyway under the warranty, you don't find many companies like this one!! TY Gaetano AND Mr Snell for running such a fair and customer first business, you guts are a breath of fresh air in today's times. I recommend this company 200 percent, they are wonderful!! TY guys!!

Our garage door guide track buckled and the cables to the spring snapped leaving the door unable to be opened even manually trapping the cars inside. Technician Matt Jones came within 24 hours and replaced the entire system . He was professional, had all the parts in his van and was able to complete the entire job of track. motor, sensors, and spring replacement all within 2 hours. Total opposite of dealing with D & D Garage Door who said the earliest they could come would be 11 days. We waited the 11 days and they no showed, without any call. They made up some bogus excuse when called and said they could come in another week!
