Absolutely fantastic! My garage door failed completely at 3:30 in the afternoon. Everything. Cables, lift arm, springs, lift machine, everything. I live alone and couldn’t get my car out. A competitor company couldn’t help me for a week. Called Precision. They had a service man on my property in two hours. He worked 3.5 hours, replacing the entire system, reprogramming my vehicle, reprogramming the outside keypad, everything. No one has service like this anymore. I am now a loyal Precision customer. I made a call to Precision to set up a service date. The tech called a 1/2 hour before he arrived; assessed what needed to be done to get our garage doors to stop "creaking"! He gave us a few options with the pricing and we made the decision to have the bearings replaced on our 2 car garage door. He indicated the 3rd garage door bearing was still in good shape. He was very efficient and we are very pleased with the service and attention to detail.

I see PRECISION Garage Door commercials on TV a lot and my garage door opener I felt was needing replacement. I called and made an appointment and the serviceman Alex did a fantastic job in dismantling the old opener and then installing the new PRECISION garage door opener. How quiet and smooth operating the new garage door opener works. I'm very pleased with everything. I'll always keep PRECISION in mind. Highly recommend.

Precision Door has been our go to GDO service company for the past 10 years (Ohio and now Florida I called on Wed. Night and was scheduled on Thursday. The tech who came out (Doug) was not only courteous and personable but spotted the problem in 2 minutes. An hour later my door was operational. A neighbor came over to talk to Doug and a gave both Precision Dood AND Doug high marks for their prompt and efficient service.

Precision Garage Door came today to fix my garage door which sounded like it was going to fall apart any minute. I had taken a chance by calling them last minute and they were able to fit me into the day's schedule. Fischer came and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me 3 quotes to choose from. His work was impressive and he was done in the timeframe he gave me. Excellent company with excellent service.

Your rep called me as soon as she heard your tech had a personal issue and would not be able to come; and she made another appointment. She represented you well/ 4. The tech arrived early which was appreciated and quickly identified the problem and recommended some preventive maintenance to hopefully preserve the motor's life & enhance overall operation. We also opted to have a keypad installed which was probably a little pricey but it saved me some time & effort.

Last night our garage door did not open when we got home. One of our cars were trapped and the door was much to hard to open by hand. This morning our regular garage door guys said they could schedule the repair in 2-3 weeks! I called Precision because I had a good experience with them in Ohio. I was concerned because their office is 30 miles away. Turns out they have a guy 5 miles away! My repair appointment went from 2-3 weeks to 2-6 PM today! He showed up at 4 pm and called ahead when he was on the way. My garage door is all fixed and it is 5 pm. Guess who I'm calling the next time I need garage door service.
