I got service very quickly. The technician, Matt, was very competent and courteous. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't really need, and he made sure that everything was working correctly before he left. I admit that I was surprised by the cost of having the spring and 3 bearings replaced, but that's something I know little about.

Precision has been my Air Conditioner for apx 23 year's. I like the service I get and the tech's are always helpful and explain everything the will be doing. This latest experience with Mr Fisher was excellent. First time I have used Precision. Shawn called a head before he arrived which was great! Super nice and honest. Easy to talk to and really went above and beyond. No high pressure sales which I really appreciated! He knows his stuff! Looking forward to using Precision again. Your company has done work for me before. Your technician found the problem right away. A previous company wanted to sell me a new opener rather fix the problem (Mo better). Your technician was great, quoted a price to repair and explained what had to be done.
