He spotted the problem with the door and quickly repaired it and noticed another maintenance issue and rectified that too! called Monday morning 8:00 AM their service guy Nick came out to house at 11:15 AM, i didn't have to hang around the house all day, i appreciated that! Nick replaced two cable's, one of mine was about to break, so he replaced both sides. He did a great job and was finished in about 45 Min. Door works fine and I don't have worry about that cable braking which would cause some major damage. Great job Nick!

Your company gave us exceptional service. Our garage door spring snapped around 9:00 AM and Precision was able to replace the springs at 4:00 PM the same day! Another company I contacted earlier gave me a two week date for the to perform the same service. Nick was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job!
