I called for an appointment on a Monday and that next day at the appointed time, actually a little earlier, Shawn stopped by. He explained what I needed and commenced to complete the job in the time he stated. My garage door, as he mentioned, operated more quietly and smoothly than before. In fact, better than it did since we origianlly bought out home over 18years ago. Shwan was the consumate professional, clean and he gave me a Veterans discount. It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you!

We’ve always used Precision Door Service, but it had been a while since our last service call. When the spring broke on our garage door we knew it was time for a complete overhaul. Service Technician Alex Reich arrived promptly and cheerfully performed the following: complete update which included a new garage door opener, new bearings, new rollers, replaced the broken spring, and did a complete and total overhaul of the system. He explained everything he was doing and why it was needed and answered every question completely. Precision is lucky to have him in their employ. I’d definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

For starters, this service call was in cape Coral Florida, at my residence, garage door was completely messed up and called my usual contractor but told me no service till Saturday which I would of had to pay for weekend service, b#llsh*t, so I needed this door repaired that day, so here comes precision commercial on TV and the rest is history, same day service, excellent technician,(Mike) professional and well spoken. I highly recommend PGDS for fast service, follow-up and follow thru and very well trained and friendly Service Techs who are thorough and explain what's needed for repair and then show you the cost and then have the parts and tools to get done quickly and your back in business with a smooth operating garage door. From my urgent service call to driving away from my property in Bradenton--less than 2 hours. They repaired my garage door 3 years ago, left their sticker on the inside so I could quickly call them again-got the same great, and efficient service.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a great job! Seth arrived on time, provided a quote and was able to verify they had the door I wanted in stock. He was also able to schedule the installation for the very next day which was great. As promised the installers Gilbert and Lucas showed up on time. They asked upfront if I had any questions before they started doing anything. After that they went right to work removing the old garage door and installing the new one. After they finished installing the new door they went over it with me, provided the owner's manuals and again asked if I had any questions. Everything worked fine. It was a pleasurable experience doing business with this company. I would highly recommend they to anyone looking to have garage door service done in the future.
