Great Experience with Precision! Tried to get my original company from 6 years ago. Unfortunately, they couldn't service for almost three weeks! So having heard good things about Precision and was familiar with their advertising, I decided to give them the job! Matt Jones showed up the very next morning and did a great job completely servicing my garage door and system! Matt was very personable and professional. Highly recommend Precision!

Key pad stopped working. Alex was timely, friendly, informative and efficient. He was thorough in his explanation of what happened, how to prevent in the future. He also did a complete review of the door and all its components, explaining all the proper care and maintenance. He even helped me adjust my laser parking assistant beam so I no longer hit the wall when I pull into the garage. This company always provides fast, full service with a smile!

Discovered the spring to my garage door was broken on trying to leave the house at 1 o’clock. Called Precision and got an appointment for the next morning. Received my notification call as promised 30 minutes before the arrival of Alex, a very friendly, helpful and professional technician. Besides the broken spring, he thoroughly assessed all components, clearly explained options and costs and did not try to hard sell anything extra. Once the necessary repairs were complete he checked the operation of the system and made time for any questions. Surprise repairs are never fun but a good job was done in a timely and positive way…and I now have a better idea what may go next and why. More importantly I know that I can call Precision with confidence.

You get what you pay for. I was very pleased I selected PRECISION to repair our garage door. The company quickly made arrangements for someone to come out for the repair. I first read many of the company's positive reviews. The serviceman Doug was polite, knowledgeable and provided various cost options to get the project completed. Contacted Precision Door on Saturday & much to my surprise & great fulness Precision field mechanic showed up without any premium Sunday charge too repair my garage door. The spring on our garage door broke. This obviously caused a serious inconvenience for us. Other garage door companies were not available for several days. Precision offered a repair the same day and in fact showed up early. The technician was very professional, gave us a detailed explanation of the planned repairs and performed the work as described. They even included a picture of our technician so we would know who to expect. It was a wonderful experience.

We used Precision for the first time today and were totally satisfied. From scheduling the service call to Fisher (our tech), we were impressed. As a former small business owner, I know how difficult running a business can be, but Precision did an excellent job. Fisher examined the job and then gave us options. Once we decided, he proceeded with the job and before we knew it, he was done. He took the time and explained all that he did. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and kind. First experience with Precision - very happy we made the switch. Called on a Friday and was given a Sunday (!) appt. Email came directly after phone call confirming our information and appointment. On day of appt the technician called 10 minutes ahead to let us know he was running ahead of schedule and to see if he could arrive two hours early. Friendly and professional throughout appt. Quoted the different options, completed work and explained all new equipment. Precision has commercials on the local news station every morning, so their name was forefront in our minds when we Googled for a new garage door service provider :) They currently have a 4.8 rating, but our experience was 5 star.
