I called Precision in the morning and Nick was at my house by 2 pm. He was very professional, polite and a really nice man. He figured out the problem very quickly and explained it to me and told me the exact cost before proceeding. He fixed the door and everything is working perfectly. I am so pleased with Precision and I will call them immediately if I have a need in the future. Nick was truly so knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

Pulled into driveway after taking kids to school and my garage door wouldn't open up when I pressed the button. Error message stated, "excessive opening force detected". I tried to open it manually but couldn't. I found Precision Garage door via a reference from a friend, I called and they had a tech out in 3 hours on the same day! Install tech Matt Jones was seriously awesome, he quickly identified a spring had broken, explained how the springs work and why I wasn't able to manually open the door. He gave me a 3 different repair options, cheapest to the more expensive and explained the benefits of each one in detail. My door and hardware was quite old, so I had Matt replace the springs and also all the rollers and cables, opting for the better 7 year warranty on the springs. Matt was done with everything in about an hour, and now our garage door is quieter than it's ever been. I'd definitely use Matt and Precision Garage again in the future!

Nick was on time and performed a yearly maintenance on my entire system. Absolutely excellent service, as always. Last year, I had an entire system failure at 3:30 pm. Overhead Door couldn’t help me for a week. Precision sent a technician immediately, installed a whole new system and recommended this yearly maintenance. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Super service.

Our 30 year old garage door decided not to open. We tried the usual tricks, but alas, no go. We Googled "garage door repair near me". It was Saturday, and their ad said "24 hrs". We called and got a live person, who said they could have someone out tomorrow...Sunday. At 10 the next day, Doug showed up, and got to work. Awhile later, he explained the problem: unit fried. Options for repair, $800 - $1,350. We selected the lower option which, nevertheless, included new base unit, slide bar, sensors, new controllers, code pads, and installation. Took less than 3 hrs. Very personable, knowledgeable and consciousness. Instructed us on the new mechanisms and waited to be sure it all worked and we knew how to work it all. He was clean and even programed our vehicle for the new unit. Yeah, we were hoping not to spend that much money, but what doesn't cost more than you want when it comes to your house!! Upshot ...they were prompt and efficient. What else could you ask for?

Alex was very thorough, explained everything that he was going to do and did the repair work for us. Once he finished he asked us if we had any other questions or concerns.

Your staff were most helpful and courteous when I called to see if you could resolve the garage door problem I was having. An appointment was scheduled for the following morning. Your rep. Fischer showed and apologized for being a bit late saying he hadn't been able to call me to tell me because of the AT&T cell system outage. I was aware of it but didn't know it was affecting most of the country. He listened to my description of the problems I had been having and my attempts to fix the problems. He did a bit of investigating as well, then put together a set of options for me to review and decide what I wanted done. Most helpful. When I decided what I wanted, he got to work right away. There was a lot to do and he took no brakes getting everything as soon as he could. When all updates were done, he explained everything to me and should how all new/different controls work. I'm very happy with his efforts. Thanks Fischer!

Precision has done all my garage door work for many years and in 2022 replaced my existing door with a hurricane impact door - attractive and up to code. It was not closing properly, so I had Precision come out. The sensor on one side just needed adjusting, but we went ahead and performed service and maintenance. My technician was a delightful young man named Luke. I would never use another garage door company!

Service technician arrived at my home two days after my initial call. Service calls are done 7 days a week. Technician was very courteous and polite. He arrived at the scheduled time (on a Sunday). He corrected my problem in less than two hours and informed me on the proper maintenance to ensure maximum life of the system. Highly reccomend!
