Justin and Mike (?) [terrible with names!] did an outstanding job for me today. The door works wonderfully and I am so pleased to have this accomplished as I have been putting off for so long to address this long-overdue repair/replacement. When the door went kaput yesterday I had to act. The two gentlemen did a very professional job for me and saved me money with their honesty when I was told the door itself was fine as I just needed a new motor and spring (both completely shot due to age and wear and tear). THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of this trouble for me and the peace of mind it brings to know this job was done professionally and I shall enjoy a worry-free operation for some time to come. If I need anything concerning garage door work I shall call your company first in the future. I got a new motor and springs and remote and cable.

I was extremely impressed by Alex who came today to repair a broken spring. After careful examination of the door, he took all the time needed to explain the parts, their function, how they should work and why some of mine were working the way they were, causing the spring to pop. He listened intently to my questions and fully answered them, making certain I understood his response. I felt very much at ease with him and I really appreciate being able to make decision regarding the repair without feeling pressured or “backed into a corner” at any time. He was very patient and most accommodating while we hooked the new opener to my WiFi, downloaded an app, set up my account and quickly learned how to operate the door. Brian called ahead and arrived early. He troubleshot the problem that I should have been able to diagnose on my own--taking my garbage cans out of the garage, I no doubt bumped the electric eye and knocked it off kilter. He was gracious enough not to point out that a similar blunder had occasioned his last visit. We are very satisfied with your product, and both the service Brian has provided and his unfailing courtesy.

Had lightning strike that fried electric panel. Tech replaced the circuit board, rollers, and installed new bottom seal. Technician was professional, courteous and practiced safe distancing and wore a mask. It was clear he had a great deal of knowledge about the work, and demonstrated that by the very efficient and timely manner he completed the work. Was quite surprised at the quietness of the door opening and closing after roller replacement and lubrication.Would not hesitate to recommend Precision. 5 Stars!
