We were very pleased with the service. Our garage door was fixed during the first appointment, with replacement of the spring. But we were unpleasantly surprised by the cost of the repair.

Jason -called ahead of time --was ahead of time for appointment --- and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable... .....and did a damn great job in educating me and explaining the problem ( door lifting partially due to broken spring) and solution (replacement of both springs). ** 4 1/2 stars --- would be 5 stars --but cost is a factor

I would rate Precision at a rate of 4. My garage door wasn't working and a neighbor recommended Precision. I called to arrange a service call. The phone call interaction was pleasant and professional. The representative went out of her way to arrange the service as soon as possible. The service individual contacted me before arriving. He came prepared to fix the problem. During his assessment of the garage, he was thorough and honest. He expressed that he couldn't fix the issue because it wasn't Precision's product. Then, he gave me a suggestion on what to do going forward. This type of professionalism is what I look for in a company. Sadly, I couldn't use Precision but based on my interaction with employees, I would recommend them to others.

Your service was wonderful. Your two reps were very knowledgeable and efficient. I am 80 yrs old and I find $250 each for springs to be very high when your cost is &50..I know everyone has to make a profit I just thought the price of your springs was very high. However at age 80 I find myself complaining about many things. Your company is great. All the best. Roger Thibodeau.????

Mark really knows his trade. He is efficient and friendly. My door had a broken spring. He said that they replace both springs even though only one broke. Naturally he recommended an upgraded coated spring that was twice as expensive. He also recommended replacing all the wheels and bearings so the job cost $860 which was way more than I expected.

Door looks/Works great! My garage sill/apron concrete is slightly un-even,door rubber does not make constant contact end to end. Installer suggested to my wife”Stuff bottom rubber weather seal with screen gasket to adjust properly”. I paid 1775.00 to have install and all slight adjustments finished! I will contact U tomorrow. Thank-U

Ok .. so first I was surprised that the costs was so much... but on evaluation of the costs, the service was a home run. fast, efficient , informative, and quality of workmanship.. all would get 5 stars.. it didn't because that would mean it's perfect... not perfect.. nothing meets that standard.. but this is as close as it gets... the service person was engaging, professional, friendly and no nonsense " get er done " attitude.. so . I would recommend your Company .. I had a torsional spring that broke and couldn't budge the door .. fixed in about an hour, good job all around .. this includes the gal I talked to, sharp and reactive.. good experience all around

Needed a new drive belt. I gave it a 4 because although the technician did a great job the cost was a bit high. Just short of $300 to replace a drive belt seem a bit high by $50 - $75 dollars.

Jason arrived exactly when he said he would. Work (spring replacement) was completed quickly and neatly. Only objection is the pricing. I would have purhased new drums and cables but the price was a little higher than I coud afford at the time.
