Mark really knows his trade. He is efficient and friendly. My door had a broken spring. He said that they replace both springs even though only one broke. Naturally he recommended an upgraded coated spring that was twice as expensive. He also recommended replacing all the wheels and bearings so the job cost $860 which was way more than I expected.

Door looks/Works great! My garage sill/apron concrete is slightly un-even,door rubber does not make constant contact end to end. Installer suggested to my wife”Stuff bottom rubber weather seal with screen gasket to adjust properly”. I paid 1775.00 to have install and all slight adjustments finished! I will contact U tomorrow. Thank-U

Ok .. so first I was surprised that the costs was so much... but on evaluation of the costs, the service was a home run. fast, efficient , informative, and quality of workmanship.. all would get 5 stars.. it didn't because that would mean it's perfect... not perfect.. nothing meets that standard.. but this is as close as it gets... the service person was engaging, professional, friendly and no nonsense " get er done " attitude.. so . I would recommend your Company .. I had a torsional spring that broke and couldn't budge the door .. fixed in about an hour, good job all around .. this includes the gal I talked to, sharp and reactive.. good experience all around

Your guys were very good. For all of that, I was left needing a 40W old-school bulb and spent hours tracking one down. Unfortunately, that is the last thing I'll remember about Precision's service.

Needed a new drive belt. I gave it a 4 because although the technician did a great job the cost was a bit high. Just short of $300 to replace a drive belt seem a bit high by $50 - $75 dollars.

Our salesman, Joe, was awesome We were not happy with the installation crew at all, but Joe came back and fixed it up right. He knows what he is doing and puts customer satisfaction high on the priority list. Would have given this a 5+ star rating if the installation had been done right from the beginning.

RepairTech prompt & rigt on time. I was very impressed with Promptness and repairs accommplished. Repair Tech was neat and clean in appearance, polite andseemed well qualified to do reaird. I think the price was excessive but I didn't complain because I wanted the door fixed for security reasons.

Promised time for work completion was accurate. No one contacted me after work to ask "If all is well" Sales person told me "Door will function very smooth and there will be no noise" Second day noise started when up and down. I feel over promised under delivered with quality of material or work.

Service was good and professional. Leigh is personable and competent and did a thorough job. You should be glad to have employees like him. A little mix-up on the appointment time. I got an e-mail that the appointment was for 8 AM. When I called at 8:30, I was told that the window was between 8 and noon. A small thing, but it kept you from getting a 5 star rating.

I am 80 yrs old and I find $250 each for springs to be very high when your cost is &50..I know everyone has to make a profit I just thought the price of your springs was very high.
