Great work. The 7 year spring warranty required that we pay for replacement of the bearings on the spring shaft. So we agreed to that. The door runs even more smoothly than before the repair.

We’re so happy with our new garage door. It’s so much quieter, has a tight seal, and is better insulated. We had to wait a long time to get it due to Covid delays in shipping. Called Precision Door at 6:00 a.m. because my door would not go back down and someone actually answered the phone that early!! They sent Fischer out to look at my doors at 8:00 that same morning. He was very professional and told me what the problem was with our doors. We asked him to replace several parts on our doors and he worked several hours and got it all fixed. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to program our keypads too. He is a great technician . Thank you for everything.

Derrick came out and gave me a very clear run through about what was wrong with my garage door system and how it could best be fixed. He was very cordial and took time to answer all my questions. He was not pushy and gave me time to process the information. I felt very respected and experienced him as being an advocate instead of talking down to me. (Like the other man from another garage door company). When I declined the service due to my budget constraints...Derrick was very kind and compiled information to leave with me should I change my mind. Because he took the time to be patient, I was able to connect the dots and realize that his assessment was accurate. So I agreed to the purchase. Derrick worked quickly to complete the job right then so I could leave for my other appointments on time. I have not regretted the (quite substantial) replacement for a second. I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of this company. I am a proud new owner of a fine new garage door system that I can depend on and feel secure with. Highest recommendation!

We called for service for our garage door opener on a Friday. Within two hours the tech arrived and explained exactly what was wrong. Since we had purchased our home two years earlier and the home was already 17 years old I decided to replace the opener, springs and door roller pins since everything was still all original. Not only did the tech quote me a fair price for the opener, 2 hand remotes as well as an outside keypad, springs and roller pins but the install took less then 2 hours. The opener and and door are so quiet you can barely hear them when in operation. The tech did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A GREAT JOB by Justin Nash (technician) on servicing our Palmira Community, Bonita Springs, FL garage opener. Remotes were not working (we just purchased the condo) and during the service call, we asked about an entire new garage opener, remotes and outside keypad.
