I was in desperate need of repairing my home garage door. I was able to get it to close about 3/4 of the way down. it was bent and needed to be bent back and new cables installed. It appears I his hit it lightly with my vehicle. I found Precision on their website by searching for garage door repair using my area code. I called and was immediately speaking with a professional worker. He set a time for later that afternoon, which was a Saturday. And actually a service employee called me about 15 minutes later and said he could be her in about a half hour. He should up on time, diagnosed my door problem and had it fixed within the hour. I thanked him and told him I appreciated his quick response and professional work, as well as being friendly.

She had a great knowledge of the product line, explained everything, answered all my questions, and was very professional representing your company. In my opinion you are lucky to have her.

Precision Door Service was actually recommended to me by the service company I had always used. Joseph Askew, the service rep. who arrived, and his assistant, were very professional and courteous. Joe, quickly determined what the problem was and explained it to me. We then discussed the choices I had for the repair with an estimate for each. I made the choice and they, in a timely manner made the repairs.

Technician Lee Stanziale arrived within 2 hours and diagnosed and replaced the broken parts to my complete satisfaction. Absolutely great job, Justin and his partner showed up earlier than they were supposed to came prepared Did the work professionally cleaned up everything showed me how to use everything stayed until They were sure that I knew what I was doing and they shook my hand gave me a card just in case there were future questions and pulled out. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a contractor at any home I’ve ever owned. If you need garage door work you need to call these guys don’t look anywhere else. I requested Alex by name because he serviced my door last year. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and through. I had no issues but requested a 'tune-up' due to the importance of having a properly operating garage door. Alex called before he arrived and conducted a good evaluation of my door's operation then serviced it. We like Alex a lot because he's a great technician. The 'back office' of Precision is also efficient and courteous in handling and arrnaging my appointment as requested. They are a great company.
