So happy I chose Precision for my garage door repair. Justin called to advise me of the time he would be coming and he arrived precisely on time (so rare these days). A very knowledgeable young man who quickly diagnosed my problem and explained the options to me. I chose to go with a new unit because the one I had was very old. He explained the repairs would take about an hour and together with another co-worker who stopped by to assist, repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I think it is great that this company is training young men like Justin enabling them to begin a career. I will definitely call this Precision in the future if I have any other problems and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

We’re so happy with our new garage door. It’s so much quieter, has a tight seal, and is better insulated. We had to wait a long time to get it due to Covid delays in shipping. Called Precision Door at 6:00 a.m. because my door would not go back down and someone actually answered the phone that early!! They sent Fischer out to look at my doors at 8:00 that same morning. He was very professional and told me what the problem was with our doors. We asked him to replace several parts on our doors and he worked several hours and got it all fixed. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to program our keypads too. He is a great technician . Thank you for everything.

Derrick came out and gave me a very clear run through about what was wrong with my garage door system and how it could best be fixed. He was very cordial and took time to answer all my questions. He was not pushy and gave me time to process the information. I felt very respected and experienced him as being an advocate instead of talking down to me. (Like the other man from another garage door company). When I declined the service due to my budget constraints...Derrick was very kind and compiled information to leave with me should I change my mind. Because he took the time to be patient, I was able to connect the dots and realize that his assessment was accurate. So I agreed to the purchase. Derrick worked quickly to complete the job right then so I could leave for my other appointments on time. I have not regretted the (quite substantial) replacement for a second. I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of this company. I am a proud new owner of a fine new garage door system that I can depend on and feel secure with. Highest recommendation!

Your service is great !!! I called and received a service technician the next day. Lee arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He analyzed the problem and suggested a solution, gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After completing the repair, he noticed that the bearings were worn and suggested replacing them. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and basically did the entire job over again and did not charge me any extra labor only for the parts needed. If I have a need in the future, I would definitely call them again. Dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.
