Spring broke.We were able to make an appointment on line through Holly for the next day. Chris was our tech. He did a thorough job finding also that our pulley cables were performing poorly and showed us the cables were fraying. He was able to replace them as well during the same repair appointment. Door failed to come down after he had left but, after we called him he returned immediately to realign the safety beams. 7 year warranty parts and labor included. We recommend Precision for their knowledgeable techs. And quality service.

Called for repair on a Saturday at 9 AM. Tech, Justin, was able to arrive same day an hour earlier than estimated. He was courteous, provided an estimate for repairs and had all the needed parts, springs, cables, pulleys, brackets and crossbar. Work was completed in 2.5 hours. Very grateful for the quick response and and skilled technician.

It's been 3 years and two months since Precision installed our new Impact Garage Door and Garage Door Opener. Overall we've been very pleased with its quiet and smooth functionality. This recent service call gets a 5 Star Rating because of your same day service to replace a broken spring and mostly because of your team member Chris S. We went into sticker shock when he quoted the cost of replacing a broken spring that just missed being under your warranty by 2 months. He kept his cool, professionally explained our options and we overcame our shock and upgraded to a spring with a 7 year warranty. Chris S. did what he could within his authority to ease the blow and for that we're very appreciative.

Garage spring broke. Bummer. Chose Precision based upon Reviews. Made a same day appointment. Technician, Fisher, showed within the promised window. He explained my old system and, clearly, explained his new one as well as pricing. Finished within a hour and everything works as new. Would also add that Fisher reflects credit upon himself and Precision. While not happy about the need for repair, experience was exceprtional.

Your service is great !!! I called and received a service technician the next day. Lee arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He analyzed the problem and suggested a solution, gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After completing the repair, he noticed that the bearings were worn and suggested replacing them. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and basically did the entire job over again and did not charge me any extra labor only for the parts needed. If I have a need in the future, I would definitely call them again. Dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.
