Definitely a breath of fresh air dealing with Precision Garage Goor of Southwest Florida. I opened my garages door yesterday to the lovely sound of a tension spring breaking. They sent Brian out today and within 45 minutes, I had new springs and rollers installed per his professional recommendation. Thanks Precision!!

I heard great things about your company and was pleased with Seth when he came for our estimate. We received an estimate in writing good for 90 days. We called 29 days after his visit only to be told our estimate (good for 90 days) . which we still have in writing is no longer valid and the price increased by $420.00. I am not happy to say the least and will not be moving forward with your company any time soon. This is not good business practice, not to mention, IT IS IN WRITING GOOD FOR 90 DAYS. I believe any attorney would love to handle something like that. I have heard nothing but good things about your company but have to say I am very dissatisfied at how this has been handled.

Called, emailed, called, and called a competitor. Finally got someone to answer the phone. They said that they wouldn't fix my broken spring today or tomorrow. I hung up and called Precision. My door was repaired in about two hours (the tech squeezed me in early) and I could get my golf cart out of the garage to play! On his recommendation, I had them replace the springs and bearings on the shaft as well as the bottom seal. Job well done. We couldn't be happier. Went from trauma to glee in about two hours! Thank you Precision! Thank you Justin Nash! (Great tech!)

Called to get appointment to fix garage door. The tech showed up yesterday and installed an orb. While the tech was here I opened and shut the door several times. When I got home about 3:00pm today, my wife was gone (she uses the garage that had the door repaired). When I tried to open the door, it would go up about 6” and then stop. I checked for obstructions and there were none. However, when the garage door opener was not working, I noticed that it took considerable force to open the door manually. So, when looking at the manual for this problem, there is a section on opening force. My guess is that the opening force exceeds the limit at what the opening force adjustment is set at. So, tomorrow I will see if my wife has the same problem. If so, I will call you back. Bill
