When my garage door failed to open and I couldn't get my car out I called Precision Overhead Garage. Technician Lee Stanziale arrived within 2 hours and diagnosed and replaced the broken parts to my complete satisfaction. He was polite, professional and worked hard to make sure everything worked before leaving. Thank you!

Absolutely great job, Justin and his partner showed up earlier than they were supposed to came prepared Did the work professionally cleaned up everything showed me how to use everything stayed until They were sure that I knew what I was doing and they shook my hand gave me a card just in case there were future questions and pulled out. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a contractor at any home I’ve ever owned. If you need garage door work you need to call these guys don’t look anywhere else. I requested Alex by name because he serviced my door last year. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and through. I had no issues but requested a 'tune-up' due to the importance of having a properly operating garage door. Alex called before he arrived and conducted a good evaluation of my door's operation then serviced it. We like Alex a lot because he's a great technician. The 'back office' of Precision is also efficient and courteous in handling and arrnaging my appointment as requested. They are a great company.

Our spring broke and Precision dispatched Fischer to come to our house a few hours later. Within an hour and a half he replaced two springs, the rollers and cables and had us operating better than before! The small adjustment on my belt haunted me and I lived in fear of it falling on my car every time I opened it. I expected to spend at least a couple hundred on the repair. The very pleasant service tech had it figured out and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Then when he didn't charge me a dime for removing the fear and anxiety I endured every day of my life! Our 22 year old garage door opener finally quit so began my search. After reading your company's ad and the many positive customer reviews, I decided to call. I was able to make an appointment for my day off with a window of 10 to 2. Your technician, Fisher called me that he was on his way, arriving promptly at 10. We went over the issues, he did his inspection then offered me 3 estimates to choose from. I decided to go ahead with his full recommendation to install a new opener, spring and door rollers. The end result after all his hard work, I couldn't be more pleased. He was very professional, good work ethic, too. Definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for a job well done!

My garage door will sometimes only come down about a foot and stop. it takes repeated attempts before it will finally close. I called a local company first and they failed to show up or call. I then called Precision. The tech, Gaetano, called an hour before the appointment time and said he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. He could not repeat the problem but checked for possible problems and found none. He then told me several things to be aware of next time the problem occurs so that he would have a clue as to the origin. I expected a service charge but there was none. Gaetano said he didn't do anything so he wasn't going to charge me. Just as their TV ad says they won't try to sell you a new door or parts you don't need! Precision has just earned a lifetime customer. I am very happy with them and with Gaetano.
