Justin was both personable and professional. Price seemed high but he did a great job of justifying it. Was able to get to us even sooner than promised and worked quickly and efficiently. A few of the U tacks he used to secure the wiring were left on the garage floor (potentially not tire friendly). All other material was neatly disposed of. Overall, quite satisfied.

I did a quick search for highly rated garage door opener companies and Precision Door was rated at 5 stars. Justin, the service technician was courteous, respectful & efficient. He explained what he was doing and options to fix the opener or replace it. I chose to replace. I highly recommend Precision Door.

I chose Precision because it is highly rated. It’s a name I recognize. Alysa on the phone gave me information about price and service charges easily and fully. She could set up an appointment for the next day. Jonathan gave me a call 30 minutes before he arrived so I could be ready. He was knowledgeable and seemed to give me all the facts I needed to make a good decision about what I needed. He consulted with me about my available time before he started. I’m totally pleased with the work and the results. The choices below make it hard to say that Jonathan replaced almost everything but the door itsel

I was in desperate need of repairing my home garage door. I was able to get it to close about 3/4 of the way down. it was bent and needed to be bent back and new cables installed. It appears I his hit it lightly with my vehicle. I found Precision on their website by searching for garage door repair using my area code. I called and was immediately speaking with a professional worker. He set a time for later that afternoon, which was a Saturday. And actually a service employee called me about 15 minutes later and said he could be her in about a half hour. He should up on time, diagnosed my door problem and had it fixed within the hour. I thanked him and told him I appreciated his quick response and professional work, as well as being friendly.

Joe, quickly determined what the problem was and explained it to me. We then discussed the choices I had for the repair with an estimate for each. I made the choice and they, in a timely manner made the repairs.
