Our tech Fisher called prior to arrival. Arrived on time, was courteous friendly and professional. Unfortunately our garage door opener motor is shot and has various other problems it was recommended we need to purchase and have installed a new garage door opener however we cannot afford a new opener but if we could we would definitely use precision

Received a call from Mark Basilotto saying that he had a cancellation and wondered if we were available for the repair, which of course we were. Mark explained that the motor was not repairable so we opted for the PDS 800 7' Belt Drive. Mark is very personable technician and he works with precision, he wasted no time in handling the changeout. It was a pleasure to meet Mark.

Remote Key Pad needed to be replaced. Service was efficient and quick. Service technician was engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. Tyler came on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, gave an estimate, performed the repair, reprogrammed the remotes to all three and was finished in half an hour. Nice young man and I’d be happy to see him again if more repair/replacement is required in our 18 year old openers.
