Today, Derrick came out to check my garage door because it was making such a clacking sound when I opened it that it concerned me. He arrived promptly and complied with my request that he wear a mask. He was very courteous and eager to please. He looked at my situation and made a fair evaluation. I never had to worry that I was going to be told that I needed repairs that were unnecessary. Derrick is knowledgeable and helpful. Not only would I use this company again, I would highly recommend it to my friends knowing full well that they would be treated fairly.

Technician Nash arrived and solved the problem I have had with my prior opener since it was installed eight years ago. Also, the company that installed the prior opener made three service calls at $99. Each To correct the problem and it was never solved. I have already referred two of my neighbours to precision and both are satisfied. It’s nice when you get a service person that actually knows what they are doing.

I realize I was lucky to get someone to come out within an hour from when I called. But that was pretty amazing. My garage door was checked out and lubricated, I had a replacement garage door opener, and my car was programmed to open the door for me. Quick, polite and reasonable. Had Derrick arrived in set time frame scheduled, very nice tech, and after checking all, saw what I needed and also showed me all my options/choices, but I chose to go with the new Circuit Board part on my garage door opener of which he was fine and didn't push me further to spend more for a new garage door opener, of which I appreciated with all the many expenses I already had for this month. He then drove back up to Sarasota to obtain the part needed and came back in great time to finish the repair, and reset set all my garage door openers, even in my car, which I appreciated. Nice service all the time with Precision!
