Garage door spring broke so door good not be raised, trapping two cars inside. Precision was notified immediately and arrived within two hours. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable, and had the door repaired within an hour. The service couldn't have been better.

From the phone call to set up an appointment for a repair person come to our home, to coming out and giving us a price for the repairs, to then being able to do the repairs and give us clear instructions about the new product, our experience with Prestige Garage Doors was excellent. Our repairman, Brian Fixter, was not only knowledgeable about how to fix our issue but also professional, efficient and thorough. It was refreshing to hear Brian talk about his work. We need a bottom seal for our garage door. Called Precision and got an appointment right away. The technician, Mike, called to let us know he was 10 minutes out from our home. He was on time, looked at the door, and then explained what needed to be done and provided us the cost. He worked quickly and provided great service. Would highly recommend the company and our technician, Mike!! Since the door seal was not listed in the purchase list, we selected cables.

I chose Precision for my recent repair because they installed my new garage door after Ian damaged it. They responded quickly and assessed what was wrong quickly and fixed it. The man (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) also gave me advice on how to avoid the problem in the future.
