Easy making emergency appointment same day. The technician gave a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead and quoted to fix our garage door issue in a very timely manner because he was well trained. Two estimates from competitors were much higher and not very professional on the initial call.

We called to have the garage door opener belt replaced. They came the same day, which was unexpected. Alex was our techician & he was so nice. Courteous, professional & a little funny. He fixed the belt with no problem. I had heard about them from a friend. Definately would recommend Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida !! Get it done right thei first time !!!

Tom the technician called me to tell me he had a cancellation and could he come sooner. I agreed and he arrived as promised with all his tools and supplies needed to repair my garage door. He was professional and very polite and friendly. He explained what had to be done and the cost. He replaced the broken springs and did all the adjustments in about a hour. Justin showed up right on time and proceeded to give me 3 options for replacing our 12 year old door opener. He explained the benefits of the 3 and after making my choice he was able to complete the job in 2 hours. He then took the time to set up the myQ app on my phone which allows me use the opener remotely I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price. Great service experience. Drew was our tech and in addition to service, lubing and adding a new lock: he educated us about our garage doors that have extra height. Our house is just a few years old and we have struggled with the doors going off line. Feeling more confident and we know who to call with questions now.
