My garage door opener was working fine before you came, the issue I had you repair was the sagging of the door, which was repaired, however now the garage door doesn't open or close with the opener. You want to charge me $699 for a new opener when the one I had worked prior to you coming to my house. I would expect that you could certainly do much better than this price, afterall it worked before you came and it doesn't now. I'd like to speak to a decision maker above Ben's level so we can rectify this unfortunate situation.

called Monday morning 8:00 AM their service guy Nick came out to house at 11:15 AM, i didn't have to hang around the house all day, i appreciated that! Nick replaced two cable's, one of mine was about to break, so he replaced both sides. He did a great job and was finished in about 45 Min. Door works fine and I don't have worry about that cable braking which would cause some major damage. Great job Nick!

Your company gave us exceptional service. Our garage door spring snapped around 9:00 AM and Precision was able to replace the springs at 4:00 PM the same day! Another company I contacted earlier gave me a two week date for the to perform the same service. Nick was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job!

I've had PD since my days back in Ohio. I really appreciated the handling of my garage door issue. Tom was on time which is almost unheard of for so many business's today. I received same day service - which was great. Thank-you. Alex was the Serviceman - he was professional, friendly and helpful. He fixed my problem with a service call. He didn’t push to sell me equipment I didn’t need at this time. He took time to explain how I should lube my door and opener in order to improve function and longevity. He gave me estimates of what it would cost down the road if I were to replace the current opener. Overall - a very favorable experience.

Outstanding service! My garage doors are old and in generally sad shape, but the thing that got me to call for service was the motor on one of them finally failed. Precision was out at my house the very next morning. Fischer was very courteous and professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and he did it in record time. Wish I could say the same about my doctors. I would definitely work with this company again anytime!

Easy making emergency appointment same day. The technician gave a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead and quoted to fix our garage door issue in a very timely manner because he was well trained. Two estimates from competitors were much higher and not very professional on the initial call.

We called to have the garage door opener belt replaced. They came the same day, which was unexpected. Alex was our techician & he was so nice. Courteous, professional & a little funny.
