Our garage door would not open and our car was inside. I called Precision mid morning and they were able to get a technician to our place by 4PM. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly replaced the broken J arm. He then identified and fixed another problem which had been causing the door to open and close erratically. He explained it was temporary due to the ages of the various parts of the system. He provided us with detailed estimates of the work which we plan to have done in the near future. We were extremely pleased with his patience and thoroughness in explaining everything and will request him to do the work.

Our garage door no longer opened with a remote including through our car. We thought we would need a new garage door opener, but Jason Hennagir from Precision had a motherboard that replaced the one not working and now our garage door opens with all of our remotes! Jason didn't try to oversell us. He actually ended up saving us money. He was great to work with. Thanks Jason!

1.5 hours before Doctors appointment spring broke with both cars locked in garage. Called Precision who scheduled me for that afternoon. Not good!!! After calling the original installing company for over a week needing repairs and never getting a live person, leaving unanswered voicemails, it was time to call a competitor. What an experience with Precision, two rings and a live human being answered the phone! A very courteous and professional young lady took my call and informed me that she would have a technician out that day within a certain time frame and that the technician would call me ahead of time. Within a short tie I received a call that he was on his way. A very polite and informative young man arrived to provide the service. He corrected my wobbling/shaking garage door and even added additional bracing to correct the wobble/shaking when closing. Both our garage doors are closing so quietly like never before. Thank you Precision for your fast service and professional staff. You are our technicians for life!

The gentleman Fisher Londeree was exceptionally prepared,knowledgeble and well versed in all of the issues I was facing with both doors. He provided me with a very consise, well thought out list of the issues and the optional approches with the prices of parts and labor for me to consider. He also provided the logical options to think through. At the end of our discussion, because of the obvious integrity and expertise of this gentleman, I actually added on an additional line item for him to complete. This was my first experience since moving to Florida with a broken spring on my garage door. I saw your add in The Home Mag and gave you a call. Alex came out and explained everything to me, including many tips about the Florida weather and how storing clorine in my garage can affect the metals in my garage. We had ceiling renovation done on the garage ceiling due to Hurricane Ian. The construction workers made a mess of our garage opener unit, with wires hanging and car remote, code box not working.
