Everyone in this company is very nice to deal with, from clerical staff, to repair technicians, to installers. When I needed a repair, the company responded promptly and a technician was scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. The repair technician was very personable and clearly discussed options for repair or replacement. When we decided to replace our aging and flimsy garage door and opener, I received what I regarded as a reasonable price for framing and installation of new garage door that meets current hurricane standards. An installation date was available within the week. The installers were also very personable and diligent. It seemed important to them to do the job right. We are completely satisfied with the final product. I would give Precision Garage Doors 5+ stars if I could.

We had trouble with a bolt having fallen out from the overhead mechanism. The tech immediately spotted the problem was with the torsion spring assembly and explained fully what needed to be done to correct it but also the implications of not having anything done, which could have been very severe, so we had got there in the nick of time! Having spent a while fixing the immediate problem he then went on to identify and correct numerous other issues, which the previous outfit had missed, so well done Precision. Thorough, very personable technicians and slick service, thanks.

Very happy with the work before you started you quoted me a price when you got here you came up with three different quotes all way above what you told me was going to be, In the end I paid what you quoted me in the first place the workmanship was done well and I’m very happy with the work but don’t beat and switch I don’t like that.

My existing before the New Year's holiday weekend broke and after not getting a convenient service call from the current vendor i called Precision Door. They responded with a prompt Saturday appointment. Technician Ryan called in advance, accurately diagnosed the problem, and recommended updated belt drive opener. He competently installed it, lubricated springs and rollers, and programmed both remotes as well as one in my new vehicle. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Called because web site said same-day service. The door would not open. Woman who answered was pleasant and efficient. They were here in 3 hours. Joe, the technician, was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail that had to be done. The spring had to be replaced; upon further inspection, he suggested I replace the rollers, which I did, they were 20 years old. He was in and out in less than an hour. I would use them again and highly recommend the company and especially Joe.

I requested maintenance on the garage door and when he did that he did not say that my garage door openers would not work or better yet make sure the garage openers that worked before he did the maintenance would work afterward. Now I will have spent the holidays without a working garage opener and have to wait five days to have him back to fix a problem that should never have been created.

The roller came out of the rail and the door would not close. This had been repaired one month previously. They came out, refixed it and another problem we were having at no charge. I was disappointed that they failed to fix it the first time, but happy that they stood behind their work and did not charge me the second time.

I had Alex Reich, technician. He was absolutely 5 stars. I had an annual inspection done in 1/2017 on my rental so I only needed some remotes programmed but he answered all my questions about a possible new opener in the near future for my own residence. He showed me how to properly lubricate the door and spring and he was not a hard sell for replacing my existing opener at the rental. Would definitely recommend Precision for garage door needs.
