My garage door broke unexpectedly on a Thursday night, and I was unable to pull it down manually, which meant my garage door was open that night. I called Precision, and they were able to get to my house the next day and repair my garage door and install new cables and brackets. I felt their fees were very reasonable, and Seth did great work. I will post on nextdoor.com how my garage door holds up in the next few months, but feel great that I called Precision and got great service from Seth!

Leigh was our service technician and was very professional. He told us what he recommends and did not push extra things on me like most companies. We received a call prior to let us know he was on way. I called the company for spring issues but had them tune up whole door, change rollers and adjust everything. I rate them 5 stars because of this. The price was what was quoted and no more.

Disinterested Technican seemed not willing to solve the problem. Hands looked covered in oil and sat into a brand new car in his work clothes without any cover on seat. Bad experience, and exactly the opposite to the previous service call.

What an exceptional experience! Gaetano and his helper were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked fast. They were kind enough to answer all of their dozens of questions. They arrived within the time window provided when I made the appointment. They made a courtesy phone call when he was about 10 minutes away, which I appreciated. Service was better than expected, Leigh arrived on time and sold me only the product that I needed, there was no attempt to try to upgrade the sale and sell me something I didn't need. Install was performed in the time quoted and he cleaned up and took all the old parts away. I would definitely recommend Precision for sales or service

Ryan arrived on time and immediately showed me why our opener was inoperable. He noticed the track for the door was not lined up on one side and corrected that. Then he recommended the rollers and tracks needed to be serviced and lubricated so he took care of that. We are very pleased with Ryan and Precision Door Service.
