I was impressed how quickly a door technician could come to check out my garage door. Seth was very courteous and professional. He quoted 3 service options for me to choose from. He replaced my door springs, and put on a new rubber sealer. The springs have a 3-year warranty. I will definitely call Precision again if needed in future.

Thank you Precision, for being the epitome of professionalism, providing on time, detailed pre work explanation with options for moving forward. My 30 year old garage door opener gave up. I saw Precision on one of the review sites with very high reviews. They were able to provide an appointment within several days. They sent out an email with pictures of their staff so that you know who was coming. They arrived before the expected time. They explained what was wrong in detail and then the options for fixing. They even said they would be done in an hour. Once my choice was made they focused and fixed and installed in the hour with a product that is so much better than the one that failed. Pricing was to be expected as nothing had been done since I bought the place. The techs were respectful, professional, cleaned up the mess and fully explained the works . I recommend very highly Precision Door. They are the very best.

Your crew were friendly, efficient and thorough. They were called to replace a door seal. While here they adjusted the door and had to replace a condenser that went out, thankfully while they were here. I would definitely call Precision again, if needed.

I damaged our garage door seal when I hit it with our golf cart as it was opening, Too much of a hurry I guess. Anyway, Alex Reich, the repair person called early and asked if he could come early, which was very courteous and very much appreciated. He was completed 90 minutes ahead of the start of the window to begin the work. Alex is very proficient, courteous, and skillful. We will definitely use Precision Door again, as we have in the past for less serious problems.

We had an overhead door installed last year by Precision. We were really impressed with the prompt service we received. The technician did an excellent job and knew what he was doing! Your installer, Mark, was an excellent representative of your company. Not only did he call first & showed up hours early, but he was done in less than an hour installing the replacement garage door springs. I had questions for him & he told me what not to waste my money on. We will call again if we have any issue with our garage door system.
