I chose PGD bcz I’ve used hem on the past. Theybdo wxcellent work. Are always timely and efficient. No trauma garage door repair. Technician Alex called that he was running late. I appreciated that, as this money pit requires much attention and a plumbing company came 2 hours late with no call not that long ago. Since my air conditioner died within 6 days of move in, and gutters were needed as damage was being done to lanai and front door area, just to name a few issues here...I was traumatized by the unreputable and overpriced. Precision Door was neither. I found Alex honest, and he patiently explained the cost options. Alex also had a sense of humor, something I really needed today after the back flow valve leak of 3 days ago. When you wake up each morning wondering, "What next?", it's nice to know that Precision Door is out there to help. Thank you Precision Door.

We just purchased this home and saw your name on the garage door opener. We were having trouble with it going up and down and we were sure that someone helping us move in had kicked one of the protective devices near the floor. After trying to fix it ourselves, we called you Your office was very friendly and polite. They lined up the appointment within a couple of days. Your contractor called to let us know he was on his way about 1/2 hour before he got there. He was also very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the door and it was the protective device. He fixed it and showed my husband what to do if it happens again. We were extremely pleased with your company right from the initial contact to the repair. We would definitely recommend you to anyone. Thank you for your great service.

My service tech was Seth ?. He was prompt after his phone call, and very "presentable" as a rep for your company. Very pleasant personality. Evaluated the situation and explained exactly what the problem was and how he could correct it. Told me how much it would cost and proceeded to "fix" my door. I owe him an apology. I had a tip for him in cash in my pocket and forgot to give it to him after writing him a check! My bad! He can call me if he is in the neighborhood again and I will be happy to give it to him. I have already recommended your company to my neighbors and will do the same in my business. I am with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Real Estate here in Charlotte County.
