After fixing my unresponsive door with a simple plug-in, Lee reasoned with me. His persuasion for a new operation was an offer I couldn't refuse. Now I'm happy to have no worries for years! Lee made me happy to spend the money for new opener, remotes, keypad, and motor and rollers. Now it's as quiet as he said it would be. Thanks, Lee!

I had called Precision because of use in the past which was superior and exceeded expectations. Today however, this was not the case. I had put new batteries in the remote only to discover the garage door would not open. I figured that the remote needed to be re-programed...a simple thing. I did not have access to a owner's manual; so I called Precision. The tech took his key and cleaned off the contact points for the battery only to find it did not fix it. He said he could sell me one for $42 plus the service call today of $35. I told him I would wait and purchase a replacement remote later. I do not feel that I should be charged $35 for a service call when my issue was not corrected....and he took his key and scraped ….all of about five minutes. What do you think.

I called Precision at 6:30PM on Monday night and had Joseph Askew come Tuesday morning at 10AM. He was extremely knowledgeable, very informative, explained the entire process and options and was very polite. I would recommend this service to everyone. TOP NOTCH !!!

The tech was very thorough in his explanation of our options concerning new springs for our garage door. His work was complete and he accomplished it in a timely manner. He handled all of my wife and my concerns regarding the installation in a professional way and did not try to sell us anything which we do not need. From the wonderful operator/woman who answered my initial call ( very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, ) to Mark who came to repair my garage door, all top service. We had a later appointment, but an earlier appointment came open. Justin called and asked if it was okay to come by, He did, went straight to work and within a short time, the door was working again. I would gladly call Precision for any door problem, BUT I do not foresee that in the near future. A recommendation would always be FIVE STAR.
