Needed a new drive belt. I gave it a 4 because although the technician did a great job the cost was a bit high. Just short of $300 to replace a drive belt seem a bit high by $50 - $75 dollars.

Great service. Jason installed a new belt-driven opener and did it quickly but perfectly. He explained exactly what he would do, and then went through the process once he was done, explaining how everything worked. He also programmed a third universal remote I'd purchased myself. Will rely on Precision if we do any more work to upgrade the door.

Tech, came out, I explained the problem, He said lets try a new remote. Pulled a new remote out of the box, hit the learn button on the opener, would not program, said you need a new door opener. I said how much, and he said $569.00 installed. I said let me think about it, he said okay and left. Sent me an invoice for $69.95. Was at my house for maybe 15 minutes. I checked with D&D garage door and they could install a new door opener for $325.00. Also said they could send a tech to fix my current door opener. I said, interesting. I checked with home depot and found a brand new Genie garage door opener just like the one I had for $205.00. I opted for the opener from Home Depot. I'm pretty sick of company's trying to rip people off. My advice is to shop around. Thanks, Paul

Upon our return after being away for some time our double garage door was berely working and then failed completely. Precion sent Jason a terrific technician early the next morning. He installed a new properly powered motor, belt drive replacing a loud outdated drive, replaced worn out rollers and re balanced the springs. The door works perfectly, is now super quiet. The pricing considering the prompt service, quality product and outstanding technician was fair and a good value.

Lee came to my house (earlier than expected and called me first which was great!) Right away he determined that I needed a new sensor and told me the cost. In no time, he had it repaired. He was polite, funny, smart and an animal lover which was great! In the future, I will only use Precision and will ask and hopefully have Lee come, as I think he is exceptional at his job.
