Jason arrived exactly when he said he would. Work (spring replacement) was completed quickly and neatly. Only objection is the pricing. I would have purhased new drums and cables but the price was a little higher than I coud afford at the time.

I would've given 6 stars if they were available! Our installer, Alex, has been here before and we could not ask for anyone to be more polite, professional and thorough in looking at the situation, evaluating what needed to be done, giving us a price, and finishing the work promptly. He made sure that everything was set up and working as it should. Then he completely explained the bill and what I was signing in the agreement on his iPad.

In October 2017 I had a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc. replaced by Precision. The service tech installer was Justin. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about job. He recommended after 6 months to call back to have the springs rechecked to make sure everything was still working properly. He came back out for the inspection, made a minor spring adjustment and lubricated everything. Once again, professional, and on time. I'm very pleased with the company and technician.

Mark arrived on time and was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We talked for a few minutes to review my door issues and then he went right to work on his estimate. Mark suggested some general maintenance needed on the door as we discussed the estimate. With agreement from me, Mark started the needed repairs and he was done before I knew it. With the work completed , Mark explained everything he did that day and also discussed potential concerns he found with the opener in the future. I was very pleased with Mark and will be sure to call Precision for any future garage door repairs
