We were unable to close our garage door using the key pads or remotes. Joe, the Service Technician, arrived at our home on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what caused the issue and he provided us with several options to repair problem. At the conclusion of the repair, Joe explained in detail the operation of our new equipment. In addition to his technical expertise, Joe appeared to be honest and sincere with customer service being his primary goal. Excellent service! I have a small (golf cart size) garage door that is located in such a way that the previous owners of the house did not even attempt to outfit it with an automatic garage door opener. There was no room to attach a chain drive opener to the ceiling. I gave the challenge to the techs at Precision, and they successfully installed a side mount jack shaft opener that works beautifully. I highly recommend Precision!

I saw an ad on TV for your company, and then went to my computer and got the Venice phone number. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. When I called Holly explained the options I was interested in and said the next appointment available was 4 to 5 if someone would be home. Jason came at 4:30, replaced all the springs, opener and rollers and was done by 5:30. I now have the quietest door on the block. Thank you.

On Monday Justin was my service technician, he was great! He called before arrival, quickly analyzed the situation and offered me several options, then replaced my garage door motor in less than an hour! My new motor is so quiet you can’t hear it while inside the house, I love it. Also, the array of price points offered for replacement were many and much lower than I expected.
