We have used your company on several occasions and on 2 houses. This time I had a broken spring. Once the worker got here he found the opener motor was broken from the door falling after spring broke. He didn't do any work before going over all the work and prices. I really didn't want to spend that amount of money but I wanted the best and not cheap. The young man that came to do the work I personally requested because he has done all my other work. He is very good, personable and knows what he is doing. A company that will allow you to choose who comes to your door is unheard of. Thank you very much

Called for repair of broken spring; service technician, Brian Fixter, came same day. Remarkably efficient and thorough. Very pleasant. Succinctly explained what he was doing, ably answered my questions, and was done in approximately 35 or 40 minutes. Glad I chose Precision and will definitely use them again if need be.

Mark your service tech came on Thursday and we discussed my options for a replacement garage door opener as one currently was at 30 years old with worn out remotes and keypad. I decided to purchase the belt drive unit because of the quality features as mentioned shown in website video. The installation by Mark was done very neatly and efficiently. Mark was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. He also programmed the opener in the car.I am very pleased with the end result and certainly recommend them.

Cane down for a quick stay and found the door not operating. Seth came out the next morning and fixed the door in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable, and professional.
