I had very good service and like the idea very much on your confirmation email the day before my tech Seth was to come for my appt. that you can view who was coming and click on each technician to know a little about them, how long they were with Precision and what they look like even with their picture! I will honestly say, but don't know the going prices on new springs and bearings, and a new bottom seal, price was "okay", but the tech did call when he was on his way, showed up on time and did a great job and even showed me how to open and change, which I already had a 9-Volt battery in the house, my outside keypad for my garage, told me all the areas where to lubricate and even left me the rest of the lubricating garage door spray can. Nice fellow. All is working great!

We had Precision put in a new garage door motor in our old house. Recently, we downsized into our "last" house. So, when the lift spring on our large double garage door broke last night, I knew that I was only going make one call: To Precision. Justin W came out, and even was able to come early than expected when I prior job wrapped up quickly. Justin was prompt, courteous, and very well informed about our equipment. He had the new springs installed and the door "tuned-up" within a short time. He even helped me understand things about features of this garage door opener that we didn't have on our old one. I couldn't be happier. Justin W gets 5 stars from me! And, I'll certainly continue to recommend Precision to neighbors, friends, and work colleagues.

Great service! Technician called and arrived early, knew the likely problem immediately, and fixed the door. He didn’t recommend pricey equipment repcement, just adjusted what we have. He even made some further adjustments to make the door move more smoothly and quietly. Great job!

We have purchased a garage door...and had it installed...the service was good...the technician fluent in his responses.... We, later, had an odd “glitch”...the “door closing/opening” mechanism was responding irrationally!!! We requested a recall to correct opening-closing...we got a good, ready response and the problem is (we hope!!)solved....the first technician was John and the follow up Techician was Joe.....

Five stars!! Brian, the tech for Precision was great. He went over everything and gave me options. I did not feel pressured into buying something I did not need. My old opener was worn out so I had him replace my rollers and install a new garage door opener. He was nice, clean cut, efficient and basically did a great job. Thanks Brian. Thanks Precision

I would give this company a 5 star rating. Being a new homeowner here in Florida we really lucked out in calling this company via seeing a commercial on tv. Our technician was a very professional young man whose name was Lee. He kept us informed when he would arrive and was on time. The service was excellent. Lee explained what had to be repaired and why the damage had occurred and advised us how to avoid it happening in the future. My husband and I felt we made a very good choice in asking this company for help.

Just as the commercial on TV says, you NEVER know when you are going to experience a broken garage door spring. Watched the commercial again last night and, this AM as I closed the door, it happened. I called Precision (we have used them before & were very satisfied) and was told that someone named Mark would be out between 12 & 4 PM. Mark called an hour later & said he could be here earlier. He arrived and it was fixed. Mark was very professional & personable & did a great job.

Please be advised that I paid $355.00 for the repair to the motor and key pad. I am not using my garage door because I am afraid I will not be able to get my car our. and I cannot get my car in, unless I come into the house open the door from inside, drive the car in and close it from inside.
