When our garage spring broke, we were trapped in our own garage. We managed to get out but our hero, Lee arrived the very next day to put in the new green springs. But first he had to single-handedly raise that very heavy door by himself! Our new job was done quickly and professionally and came with a seven year warranty on the springs. I would recommend to anyone.

Installers were right on time (even called ahead to say when they'd arrive), installed the door in less time than I'd expected, left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Very respectful, pleasant young men. Programmed my car garage door opener, as well. I appreciated the honesty of the estimate given by Precision: another company's estimate charged more money than Precision for the required permit (the cost for which is county controlled). I received good guidance, about choices that I had to make, from Matt, the salesperson. All in all, I highly recommend Precision.

Lee was awesome. Our window was 10-2 and he was here right at 10. As soon as he came in, he explained the process and that the $118 springs were for different doors. We are in Florida. Lee was quick and courteous! Just as an aside, the ladies at the answering center should be better prepared to explain that most people would not be using the $118 springs.

We discovered a broken torsion spring on a Sunday night, trapping our 2 cars in the garage. I used the online appointment request and also called the 24/7 number. Charity did a great job getting me scheduled for Monday morning. Justin arrived on time (called to let me know he was on the way), had a terrific customer friendly attitude, and did a great job replacing the springs and performing basic maintenance on the door. 5 stars for sure, thanks guys!

I agree with the other reviews about Jason. Jason arrived within an hour of our phone call and is very polite and thorough exploring potential problems our intermittent problem. Unfortunately he couldn't witness the problem occurring despite it happening at least 5 times in the past couple weeks including earlier today. Frustrating that we can't prove that it is happening unless he or someone else from Precision can observe it. We can't take a video unless it occurs multiple times in a row and we have time to take possibly take a video of it happening to be covered under warranty.

Our new Garage door is Wonderful! Our experience from start to finish very professional, GREAT communication and follow up on all our needs. Sale associate Jessica was a pleasure to do business with, no pressure, Knows the product and was very helpful. They called days ahead to re confirm installation. Matt our technician was awesome he called 30 minutes before arrival, when he arrived was ready to install our door. He was professional and installation went smoothly from start to finish. After he was done you wouldn't have known he had been here other than the NEW door, took pride in his work ALL NEAT and CLEAN! He explained everything, paperwork and usage of door and about calling for an inspection. VERY impressed and HAPPY with our new steel backed garage door! And our NEW door opener! belt driven and SO quiet!
