My door broke about 9:30 last night. Precision answered my call and scheduled a service call right then and there. Mark was professional, kind and very honest in his assessment. He installed my needed repairs (springs, rollers and cables) in little over an hour. I am a very satisfied customer.

I recommend Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida When one of the springs to my garage door broke I did a search on Angie’s List where Precision Garage Door has received very good reviews. My call to them was answered in a professional manner and the representative was very polite and helpful. I was given a 4 hour window for the technician to arrive. Luckily the technician was finishing up another job nearby and was able to arrive in a very timely manner. Alex, the service technician, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was more than will to answer any questions I may have had. He explained various repair options that I had and gave me an estimate of the work to be done. I decided to go ahead and have their higher end springs installed. The cost was more than one might pay for stock springs but they come with a 7 year warranty. Alex also pointed out that my rollers showed some wear and may need replacing in the future and to just keep an eye on them for now. Alex performed the work in a very timely manner. He took the time to show me how to properly lubricate the door’s parts and suggested this be done every 3 months or so. He also left behind a can of Lithium Grease for me to use for the maintenance. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received. I did have some lingering questions that I wished to discuss further so I contacted the Jason who is the manager. Jason was very helpful in resolving some questions I had. Overall I had a very positive experience with Precision Garage Door.

Precision Door Service provides professional and quick service. Lee, who serviced the door was very knowledgeable and professional. I called on a Saturday morning with an issue and to my surprise, a very pleasant receptionist took my information and provided me with a time frame of arrival for repair, the same day. I cannot say enough about this Company. I highly recommend !!!!!!

Second great experience with Precision Door. The tech today - Alex - was on time, friendly, and professional. Not only did he quickly program some new remotes for me, but he took the time to answer questions and explain some things about the motor, door, and sensors. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Ian was a great installer. That being said I would never use precision again because they charged almost double for what was replaced.compared to others in the area. Paid $570.00 for two springs replaced. Cost of springs around $50.00 each, so 100.00 in parts. $470.00 for install is a bit much to say the least. I’m in IT so will post all over and everywhere so people will know who NOT to use. Unless I hear from owner with some sort of explanation and or discount. Will wait until the 15th to go forward. Reputation is everything so please reach out.

Justin came to our house at the scheduled time.He checked the door and gave us an estimate. He reviewed the problem with us and started the repair. It was the promise of same day service that enticed us to call you. Even though we called at 3 PM, the same day service was given. Justin came and did a very professional repair of our garage door opener that needed a new circuit board. An hour later, when leaving for dinner, we discovered that none of us thought to reprogram the Remote openers to the new circuit board. We thought we would just have to get somebody back the next day. However as we returned to our neighborhood we spotted one of your trucks at our neighbors house. John was there and told us that as soon as he finished he would come over and reprogram the remotes. We are very impressed with the professionalism and helpful attitude of these two fine employees. I chose Precision because they are the best at what they do. I used them before and wouldn't think about using anyone else. My garage door chain was banging against the rail and the problem wound up being the bearings. The tech replaced all rollers and problem resolved.
