I called Precision Friday morning and they said they would have a tech out between 2-4 that afternoon. It wasn't 10 minutes later my phone rang and it was Mark, he was in the area and could he stop by in 15 minutes to look at our door. He had the repairs made and out the drive in half an hour. Great service!!

Prompt courteous service. Have been listening to door crack, snapple, pop and screech for the last year. Was ready to throw door and all hardware out. Justin convinced us that the door could be saved and all we needed was new mechanical equipment. After replacing equipment door was better than new.

Brian, the Precision employee, installed a whole new garage door opener system that works great. He was very curious and professional. He then came back to explain how the extra security button worked at no atonal charge. The person who answered the phone was also very helpful and friendly.

Tech that came out was professional and friendly. However, I was told on the phone that a spring replacement would be around $180 and when the tech arrived he told me it would be $475. At that point is was a little late to get another quote so I felt I had no choice but to pay the much higher amount. A couple extra questions when making the appointment could have provided an accurate quote over the phone and I would not have felt misled.

I apologize you felt our service did not meet your expectations. We record all of our calls for training and quality control and I went back to check your call and the representative who set your appointment did mention the springs range between $118-$225 per spring. If you have two springs we do not replace just one as that could cause further damage to your door and potentially injure our technician if your other spring broke while tension is being added to the new spring setup. I will also follow up with a phone call as customer service and a good experience is our number one priority.

On Monday, Sept 16th, garage door technician Joe Askew came to my rescue. I needed to get to work, but my garage door wouldn't open. Joe immediately diagnosed the problem of broken springs. Quickly and with a ton of professionalism Joe replaced the damaged springs and got me on my way to work. Super impressed by Joe with his knowledge and people skills. I've already recommended him and Precision. Thanks Joe!
