When I called with a problem, the lady on the other end listened, understood and had a great sense of humor.. not many do these days. She sent Alex to investigate. I was told to expect him between noon and 4 PM. He arrived shortly after noon, after calling me and saying that he was on the way. Another thing that impressed me. After assessing my problem, he smiled and told me that the problem with my opener was minor and will be easily corrected. Inspected and tweaked all of the loose and bent runners. He also explained as he showed me why I had a problem. The springs were worn and had not been installed correctly. I ordered the heavier duty springs to be installed. You could lift the door with 2 fingers after he balanced it. Alex, it was a pleasure to meet you and appreciate your taking the time to explain the answers to all of my questions. Sorry if I drove you crazy. I would highly reccomend this company and Alex for your garage door needs. You will never be sorry that you did!

I called three companies to come and give me an estimate for a new garage door. All three were timely in arriving and providing me with their estimate. What stood out with Presion was their direct approach. Everything was laid out so there was no confusion and no deception. They gave me many options to choose from and no pressure to commit to a decisions. The sales person was very accommodating and left me feeling very comfortable knowing there would be no surprises with cost later. I will be happy to do business with them.

I called Precision for the 1st time; and, overall, I was pleased with their service from start to finish, beginning with the lady who took my call. She was efficient, direct, and provided excellent customer service for a first-time caller. Alex was the technician who came for the call. He was a clean-cut, polite, nice young man who knew what he was supposed to do. My call was for maintenance, not a particular problem, but he explained everything as he went along with the tune-up service. Dealing with Precision was a refreshing experience for such service. I will call them again.

Even after reading excellent reviews, Alex exceeded expectations. He is professional, thorough and an excellent teacher as he goes through all aspects of the new equipment. He explained why new springs were necessary and at my request, discussed the upgrade options for a new motor and accessories. I opted to upgrade and all the necessary equipment and parts were on the truck. He programed all the new settings and downloaded the app and reviewed all the features.

I called on Monday and said my garage door would not go down. I was given an appointment for Tuesday between 2 and 4. On Tuesday I got a phone call from their technician, Josh, who said he could get here earlier if it was Okay. Josh came and looked at the door and told me what he needed to do and the cost to do it. We agreed and he stated it would take about an hour and a half. Josh completed the work timely and showed me what all he had done. I was very pleased with the service!
